Outrageous prices smaller portions and food went down hill $18 and was still hungry we use to love this place. Man went down hill fast. Guess that’s what you get when your money hungry and don’t care about your customers. Been going for years. We won’t be back!!!

Too pricey for the small portions u get now. We will not return. They "used" to have the best fajitas around. :-(

Ordered take out and the food is absolutely horrible. The bartender was very sweet but we can't get over how bad the food is. The rice is hard, barely cooked, my husband's onions and peppers were basically raw, the fajitas had no flavor and the meat was tough and dry. The Mexican pizza was cold and the ground beef was dry and crusty. The bartender and the southwest egg rolls were the only saving grace to this place. Will not be spending any more money here.

I made a point to give a review for SUNDOWN CANTINA that we went to last weekend. Our server was as nice as could be and was generally thrilled when everyone at the table all agreed that this was some of the best mexican cuisine in the city! So good and authentic. Shame on me for not remembering our servers name but her reccomendations were a hit!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I would give more stars if I could.

So my wife went to Sundown Cantina for a late lunch with my step mother. I asked her to pick up my usual order. A shredded beef chimichanga with a side of refried beens. Imagine my total disappointment when I cut into a ground beef chimi. Also the ground beef was like a puree, absolutely no consistency or flavor. I've had the shredded beef twice before and it was spot on with a generous portion of shredded beef. I'm not sure if they are under new ownership? VERY DISSAPOINTED , we won't be going back anytime soon ☹ Mayberry lost out.

New ownership has brought a downgrade to a favorite place. The last three times we’ve ordered take-out, many items are left out. This was after the person taking the order repeated it back. No chips, no salsa, no chips with what was a very bland guacamole. One order the queso was left off. The chicken burrito was tough and also bland. When you order take-out, the last thing you want to do is call and explain what was not given. It defeats the purpose. No one wants to make a second trip back. It’s too bad … this used to be one of our favorites. Adios!

Went there for the first time since the new owner had taken over. The fajitas are better than ever! They used to be over cooked and bland, but now they are seasoned better and cooked correctly. Everything else was great and the server was on top of everything. I like the changes that the new owner has made. We'll be back.

Bar tender was so awesome! Short staffed, but she pulled it off, even joking with customers & keeping up with her orders. It was a busy evening with concert going on at Centennial. Great job!

My wife and I can't figure out why this place always seems to be busy. Reasons are as follows:1. Food is made and reheated when ordered. Always dry, always bland. 0/3 when trying different food items.2. Drink menu is as basic as it gets with a poor beer/cocktail selection.3. Usually messy/dirtyFinal time there my wife couldn't even choke down her chicken chimichanga and passed on a take home box for it. We won't be patrons again

Bartender is very nice and attentive. Margaritas are delicious and stronger. Also just a fair warning the large quesadilla is the size of a pizza. 4.5 stars.
