Breakfast sandwiches are barely lukewarm. Cold slice of cheese won't even melt. Maple waffle sandwich was really bad. I wonder if the health dept should check their holding temps for food. Burger king croissants the best.

This location is the worst in the Toledo area.Every time I order a dark roast coffee, it's served to me cold. This location can't serve a hot, fresh cup of coffee. This has happened 3 times now, and nothing changes...I would gladly wait on a fresh pot. I hate cold coffee. Do better Tim Hortions!

Terrible service. Made us wait at the counter for 10 minutes while they filled door dash and drive through window orders. My friend went first. They accepted her coupon and filled her order. She paid with cash and they walked away. She had to call them back and request her change. My daughter and I were up next. I handed them my coupon and they said we don't accept those coupons. It was the exact same coupon they honored for my friend. They just turned and walked away from the counter. I will never go there again. If anyone asks my opinion I will tell them what happened to me.

it’s rude and very disrespectful when you go in and see the store manager yelling at other workers and all around just being rude and the service is not good i definitely will not be returning to this location.
The manager sits and yells at her employees she’s very rude to the teens there even when they are not doing anything

The manager is constantly yelling and bickering with the other employees over the most minuscule things. She is rude and belligerent to the employees even when they are doing nothing wrong. I won’t go back there. The environment, food, and services are a complete zero.

The manager was extremely rude and made me feel HIGHLY uncomfortable. She was constantly yelling at everybody and every employee. she even caught an attitude with me. the employees were doing fantastic she had no reason to be so disrespectful. i will not be returning as this was SO uncalled for.
