NEVER GET YOUR FOOD HERE! My parents CALLED THE STORE and ordered their pizza OVER THE PHONE at 6:59 pm. My parents never got their order. When they called to figure out what happened, instead of replacing their order or giving them a refund they told them that they ordered through door dash which is laughable because my parents don’t even have door dash. They wanted them to take coupons that would show up in the mail in a few weeks. I went over IN PERSON and they still refused to refund the purchase.I’ve never been treated so badly by a company in my life. And if your 15 year old employee can’t take the pressure of customer complaints you should be ashamed that you can’t look out for your employees and tell them to hand it off to someone who can handle the situation not blame the customer and hang up on them, of which they did multiple times.

Our order was scheduled to be delivered at 7:00pm.It didn't show up until 7:45pmIt was over cooked and it was cold.???However when my son called them to complain they credited his card, but dinner was ruined.

This location grows more and more disappointing. Delivery times are well over an hour, quality has significantly dropped over the last 4 years this has been our Vitos location. Several times items have been missing or wrong. Sometimes you get burnt pizza, sometimes it's not cooked all the way through. I've been over charged, sent emails, made phone calls, no one cares. We're just done with this place.
