I work nearby and have come through the drive through a few times. There’s not a single time they haven’t messed up my order. The service itself is average, not good or bad. Wait times are good but food is usually old.

The place was locked ? up tighter than Fort Knox at 7:30pm. The sign on the door said they would be open until 10pm. We could see staff inside and they could obviously hear us knocking on the doors while they chose not to open. The drive through was available. We went to Burger ? King ?.

I had an exceptional experience at this Wendy's. The managers and employees are truly amazing! Despite a hiccup with my order, they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this Wendy's location for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
We were not served last night they still had half an hour before closing... Were extremely unhappy we came to Ohio for business purposes at least once a week we drove here from Michigan which is an all day trip got up to the receiver and were told they needed 15min to make up some patti's or something, sat in the parking lot for that 15min went back through the drive-through and got no answer went to the window saw a gentleman sweeping as he saw us he and another employee hid in the front area of the restaurant, apparently they had decided they were finished working for the night before their shift was finished... My husband knocked gently on the window no answer.... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Coming from someone who owns a business BAD image to have for this company!!

I don't usually go to Wendy's anymore because the food is usually not that good and neither is the service. But I needed a chili and a chicken BLT and this place was phenomenal. They were quick friendly and the food was the best I've had at Wendy's in a very long time. Good job!
