The young lady that waited on us this past Sunday was very friendly. The burgers were great. We really liked the onion rings. The jalapeno poppers were just ok. Great beer selection. Would definitely go back here again.

Large portions, cozy food, and friendly attentive waitstaff. Brunch isn't a big menu, but it's delicious. Our teens love the chicken planks and waffles with cherry butter. My breakfast flatbread was huge. We'll be back, regularly!

Most menu items are delicious. Great salads. Good service. However we ordered their butternut pasta and it was not very good. Too much pumpkin spice.

We had a slightly large party that was set up 3 days in advance. The promise was they would have plenty of staff for this. Lie. One waitress had to deal with us. I felt bad for her. It took over 2 hours for everyone to be served. My wings were awful. Glad I won't have to ever eat here again.

First of all be warned. If you do not make a reservation Thursday you will not be allowed in. Only trivia buffs. This restaurant used to be called Delanies and was sold because the service was bad. New owners same issues. We tried again on a Wednesday night October 18th and even made a reservation for 7 people. We had all arrived by 6.25. We were sat in the back room and no one came for 5 minutes. They then asked if we were part of a Bible study and we were not, so they moved us. Ten minutes in the waitress got us water. At around 6.45 the order was taken ( by I found out later the Manager)..Tik Tok....Tik To..., People that came in a after us were served.... Ti Tok...At 7.20 P.m. thirty five minutes later I inquired on our order...She disappeared and we heard nothing. At 7.35 One hour and ten minutes after we were seated they bought the food out. I complained that the service was bad and an hour for food ( Burgers and wings and onion rings was way too long) The Manager/ Slash waitress apologized. All the food came out except my order??? Tik Tok....Another 5 minutes mine came out 7.40 p.m. For a dozen wings and onion rings. I sent it back and told the Manager/ Waitress the service was terrible. ( HTis was my choice) My wife and her friends ate their food. Tik Tok..We had to flag her down to get the cheque. I was under the impression she would say I am so sorry dinner is on us, or something to that effect... Nope gave su the checks. I even told the manager/ Waitress the Audacity to charge me for just my wifes food was Incredulous. One hour and five minutes upon entering to eat?? ( She did offer a 15% discount)Delanies was here and we gave up on them for poor service. This exceeds Delanies. From the time of being sat incorrectly at 6.20 p.m. to the time we ate at 7.35 p.m. One hour 15 minutes!I will not ever go again, I will not only not recommend them but i will dissuade business from them.I gave the food 2 stars because once it came they said it was OK and Luke warm not hot. Complaining would of done no good at all...Tik Tok...How long would it of been if we had sent it back? Also Beware: They have a cash price and a credit price. You pay more to use a credit card. I guess they have to make every penny they can due to compensating for the service.I hope the service to the Bible study group went better!DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR SERVICE!

We tried samples of their food at the Tallmadge Chamber Expo Event this year and liked the food. We finally went there to enjoy the amazing food. Not quit sure what happened, but it was horrible. We will not go back. There were three of us and the bill was $110.00 before tip and soda to drink. The food tasted like the fryer grease needed changed. The lobster Mac and cheese was gross.

Nice little neighborhood grill. Very friendly staff. Huge selection at the bar. All the improvements to the site and the building in the last 2 years make it friendly, welcoming, and a comfy casual place to be.

This was my first trip since the new ownership- I had been meaning to get here much sooner, just never made it. I am here to say that I like the menu choices better now, the mozzarella sticks were battered- not the usual crumb coating- I really enjoyed that. Service was good. I had a fall harvest salad with white French which was delicious - my only complaint was that I wish they had used whole or halved candied nuts - it appeared that they were ground and if they were candied I couldn't detect it. Greens and apples were very fresh. My friend had the beer battered fish- it appeared to be a huge serving but once the thick friend batter was removed there wasn't much. He said the fish was "ok" (too much batter) and the fries were good. My grandson had the steak stir fry and he liked it - there were some good pieces of steak, but there were also some fatty and gristly pieces that were inedible. Good flavor for the stir fry, overall. The decor is typical sports bar with some Americana mixed in - comfortable - several big screens with sporting events on them. One thing that I found to be really nice was the wooden "thin blue line" American flag plaque with the #45 on it- hanging right above the kitchen door. What a sweet honor to fallen Twinsburg police officer Josh Miktarian from Tallmadge whose widow and daughter live here, and have been extremely supportive of the community. A nice touch! So overall, average meal, and good service. We will be back to try some other options.

Stopped in for lunch and had a draft beer and a sandwich with fries on the side. The food and service was very good but mixed into the decor was a "45" wood flag on the wall. I think that restaurants should not be pushing there political beliefs onto there customers. I will not be returning.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, stellar wait staff, and excellent bourbon selection. 100% WILL eat there again!Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, it can be difficult eating at restaurants. West Ave Tavern has a great selection of vegetarian options for both appetizers and entrees! I had the grilled cheese with gouda, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes with a side of seasonal fruit. YUM!
