Even though they somehow didn’t have my sheet pizzas ready when they were supposed to be done they had them ready in 20 minutes fresh hot and ready to go the pick up time Did get changed and as always this is without a doubt the best franchise location.

Ordered the foldover and assumed that the sauce would be on the side only. Nope.......sauce inside foldover causing it to be soggy. Also ordered Gionino bread. Both items were delivered luke warm.

The food on salad bar was not fresh and just for salad bar they want almost 13.00 dollars. Waitress talked us into ordering the mini pizza and salad bar. The wedding soup was disgusting. Apparently been there since lunch time. No meatballs and noodles were like mush.staff was eating coming out of the kitchen. Garlic bread was so hard would break your teeth. Spent 35+ dollars for a horrible meal. Will not return!! I would like a refund!!!!!

I normally love this place, but that's only because I've never had to call with a complaint before. And after reading a few of the reviews it's obvious that the managers have no customer service skills. He was rude and unprofessional.They brought almost 100 dollars of pizza to the wrong address. When I called, he said they would bring it back to the correct address in 20 minutes... Almost an hour later, after half of the guests left... the pizza showed up.I called him back to let him know I only needed 1/2 of the pizza and that since it was their fault, I only wanted to pay and take half of the order. His response was "You can take it and pay or I'll call the driver and tell him to bring it back to the store"... if it weren't for the tired and hungry kids I would have told him to take it back... so I paid for cold pizza that should have been delivered 1.5 hours earlier.TLDR: great food, but don't call and complain when they mess up because it won't matter, they don't care.
