Every single time I order delivery they don’t put marinara inside. When I pick up it’s there, I don’t know what that’s about but it’s extremely annoying.

The sauce has a weird taste and aftertaste. It really lacks any good flavor. The sauce has a way of upsetting your stomach. Overall I give it a 2 out of 10. I will not be back to this pizza chain. And the small variety of other choices leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered at 6:25 PM today, Friday, the 17th of November from the Tallmadge location on Erie Street. They are less than 2 miles away from me. The order said it would be ready in an hour or less. I went to let my dogs out around 45 minutes after I ordered and found the food sitting on my side porch. I put no contact in the delivery instructions because I have three dogs and I didn’t want them to have to stand on the porch and deal with my three dogs barking… however they just left the food sitting on my porch without a knock or phone call that let me know that the food was even dropped off. I brought the food inside and it was cold. I called the store and informed the manager on duty about what had happened and they had said that the driver was instructed to leave the food on the side porch. I asked why they didn’t knock and just walk away to let me know that the food was there…. I was in the basement, the entire time doing carpentry and working on finishing my basement… How am I supposed to know if the food has arrived when there is no tracking information online available and the driver did not inform me that the food has been dropped off?? the manager had said that he had been in food service for over 10 years and wasn’t worried about his job when I informed him of how unprofessional he was being…. This was all over a simple knock to let me know the food was dropped off. No contact means the driver isn’t going to stand there and wait for me to open the door but that doesn’t mean he can’t simply knock and walk away so I know that the order is at least out there and it’s not getting cold. My partner and I have both worked in food service a combined of 15 years and have never met someone with this type of attitude. He offered to remake my food which I agreed to, but still never apologized for the entire ordeal and kept making excuses. Manager just had a terrible attitude. I have been someone who has loved Romeo’s for many years but I will definitely not be ordering from this Romeo’s location ever again…

I absolutely LOVE their pizza! The crust has a really good flavor and is always baked right. The sauce is sweet and has a rich tomato flavor which makes it taste authentic. When you order toppings, they give them and they're not stingy either. I love the garlic butter they offer to dip the crust in..lol They have a full menu of other items but I'm definitely addicted to the pizza! Staff is always nice and the prices are pretty standard. Definitely keeps me going back!

Stopped in for takeout of a large and medium pizza. The group behind the counter was very friendly and all worked together despite the malfunctioning air conditioner which was out. They greeted everyone as they entered the building which was a nice touch. The pizza was great and the price seemed right on target of my expectations. This location has become my favorite go-to pizza spot. Not just because of the food but the people as well. I hope the air conditioner gets fixed soon.

Great pizza every time I have it. Try the Buffalo Chicken pizza if you have not, both mild and hot versions are available, and both are excellent. I like their thin crust with everything on it (Supreme style), but you can't go wrong with a plain cheese, or one of their signature pizzas. 2 greasy (in a good way) thumbs up!
