If you don’t physically go into the store and watch them make your food, it will be wrong, or just a messy disaster of an sandwich. Every. Single. Time. No matter the order platform, no matter the day, no matter the time. It shouldn’t be that hard to read an order and make a sandwich based on a finite number of ingredients, but they somehow seem to struggle.

We love this Subway. I won't go anywhere else cause I saw some gross stuff at another Subway cause it was convenient...never again. This Subway on Erie St in Tallmadge is the absolute best. It is very clean and the staff is amazing. They also take good care of my granddaughter when she goes in.Kid-friendliness: They are very kind and helpful to my granddaughter.
Place was empty, the server was not overly ambitious about being helpful. My mom got a sub, I declined so I could get Chinese Food from next door. I've never been a big fan of Subway. That's just me though. We had coupons so the price was good. The ingredients looked nice and fresh.

Would give 0 stars if possible this is consistently the WORST subway in the area. Employees were rude, condescending, and quite literally rolled their eyes when a customer asked for assistance. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one just down the road near the acme.
