I've been coming here almost daily for a long time. I have had hardly any issues here other then someone forgetting to cut my sub in half from time to time but not a big deal. I have had no problems with my orders doing it in person and online. Staff is always nice. I will continue to come here.

I really wanted to call and give this review but I didn't want to get the new girl in trouble because she was doing awesome and was very friendly. But the short girl with short hair was very rude to the new girl over small things where kind corrective criticism should have been given instead she was being very rude to her and saying it very loud and very angrily so everyone in line could hear it. Also if she was going to correct anything it should have been the lettuce as it looked like a petry dish for sonomanella it was brown needless to say. Subway should be fresh like it states it is. As for the new girl you should find a job somewhere that treats you better.

Common sense says to heat the steak in a Philly cheese steak, WHY IS IT COLD!? Everytime I order non toasted bread they don't warm the meat up. Do better guys cuz this isn't the first time you guys messed up.

It was the first time I ever got a salad from Subway. It wasn't too bad, just not a lot of options for salad dressings. The young lady waiting on me was very helpful, explaining to me what all I could put on my salad. Which was anything I wanted in my salad.

New kid making subs, girl just stood there and didn't bother to wait on me when he told her it was time for him to clock out, he did his best but the subs were very sloppy and the toppings were all falling off the subs, he couldn't get them into the bag, again she doesn't bother to try to help him, I had to.go out to my car and pretty much unwrap them, fix them and then slide them in the bag bc they were sticking halfway out. Idk the girls name but she's been there awhile now and she was just being lazy, she even saw he wasn't making the subs correctly and just sat back and didn't help him like she should have been training him!

Ordered on door dash several times. Forgets something every single time. Food is thrown together like slop, hair all over the food. Will never order from hear again

Sorry can't give a ZERO STAR.Tried to make a order today for 3 subs and 3 protein bowls. My mother and daughter(5yr) was told by the person behind the counter that 7 or more orders is considered a catering order and 24 hour notice is required.Mind you, 3 subs were already made and they were the only customer's in the store at 2:30 pm.I feel sorry for the co-worker that was behind the counter with this rude and disrespectful employee.My mother wasn't allowed to finish her order of only 6 items and WAS TOLD TO LEAVE. She advised this person that she'd take her business elsewhere for now.When did being the customer become less important than small businesses surviving today.She's was also advised that they own the Buckeylake subway and Newark subway and Somerset subways.I hope your business is good as I'll never give you another dollar of my money again. My mother will never give you another dollar of her retirement.If anyone else experiences this rudeness I would advise you to give your money to another small business other than those Subways.

The guy they got working in there Sunday March 5th 2023 is rude. Didn't make my sub the way I asked and slammed it on the counter angry that a family cam in behind me. Unless subway pays for this non edible sub. I'm never going back. Not good for small town business
