Stopped by the big dipper the other day got a few small things but only had a fifty dollar bill to pay. She said "no problem" I hand it to her. She gave me exact change. They were all so friendly.Don't forget to tip!
My favorite ice cream place in Tiffin. Delicious Toft's ice cream and many creative types of sundaes and parfaits. Service can be a bit slow when it gets crowded but it is worth the wait.
