I really wanted to try the Pizzoli from Marco’s, but in order to try it, it came free with a Large pizza. I ordered the chicken ranch and decided to try it the next day. Well it was totally burnt!!!! Now I know it was free but to burn it and give it to a customer like that was totally uncalled for. But at least the service was good.

Beatrice was very friendly and helpful during the order process. The store was clean and obstacle free. Our order was processed quickly and our pizza was hot and toppings were correct. This is the best Marco's I have ever ordered from. Thank you for all you do.

Pizza is excellent for a chain store!! The pizzolis are a gret addition to a nice menu that I hope they keep and the wings are pretty good too!! Fast service and friendly staff and delivery!!

There ceiling in there store, has cardboard in some of the places where it should have that ceiling bord Like square (don't know what the celing pieces are called) but that is a violation? And I surely don't have a wait time for this place, but the last few times 30- 35

Yesterday (Sunday eve) I ordered 3 pizzas for my family. Today I packed up the leftovers and took the kids out, while handing out cold pizza I found that one, had multiple hairs in it. Not like I found 1 hair, but like each slice had a few, some long and fine like head hair and several short and wirey and pulled out by the root like.... like I don't want to imagine what I fed to my kids. Pic doesn't do it justice so I recorded a video of me pulling one of the hairs out of a cold slice, it is clearly BAKED IN, and tbqh I think the health dept needs to be called in. Absolutely disgusting, will never eat here again. Here is the video:

Not very happy ordered 2 pizzas and the app o ly sent one pizza to be delivered. Not very happy at all
Food was good, waited in the lobby for a few min before anyone asked us why we were there . Place could use a face lift inside.

When we ordered the pizza we were told 7:30. We got here at 7:28 and they said 10 more minutes. It’s now 7:51 and it is just coming out of the oven. It is a Tuesday night so being overly busy shouldn’t be an issue. We only ordered it because we are short on time. At least be open and honest about how long it will take. I could have cooked quicker than this.

Love the food but when I go to order delivery it gives me an error message on our address when I try to check out. Which doesn't make sense because it accepts it when I search for a store that delivers to our address.
