Dave Thomas would be PROUD! Tyler at this location and the night crew around 5:30p we ON! Also, got to observe training by Tyler. So respectful of his trainee. The way things should go. Not one problem and so polite and professional. It's been a long time since we've had at a Wendy's in a very long time. Dining room was clean and well cared for. Thank you.
Since Sondra has been manager ( several years now ) this Wendy's ( Tipp City ) has always provided excellent, superior, service & great quality food.... they have always got my order correct ( literally 5+ yrs & never messed an order up ) I can't say enough, how impressed I am with their attention to detail, & how much I appreciate Sondra & her staff... it so refreshing to see a fast food restaurant get things done the right way....!!!! Wendy's seems to be one of the only good fast food places anymore! They haven't shrunken their sandwiches, and they actually look like the advertised pics. Fast friendly service and the food was fresh and good.
