Ordered thru the App. Was told 556 our meals would be ready. At 620 I was still waiting and there was no one in the lobby! Ordered the cheddar fish and no cheese or tartar sauce! If they are busy, I understand but no one was in the lobby! Rude people behind the counter too. Probably won't go back to this location.

Pulled in the drive threw sat there for 5-8 minutes just for some one to say we are closed it’s not even 9:30 this is probably the 5 th time this has happen in the last 3 months some times I can order my food around this time other times they say they are closed. Then you drive by the window to see people just standing there talking. Says they close at 11 bums just don’t want to work.

Went through the drive-thru around 620 this evening. The gentleman working the speaker and window was incredibly kind and polite. My order was hot and fresh! I'm very happy with my visit!

Manager made fresh fries for us. I asked if fresh because I'm tired of cold fries at fast food places. When you spend over 10.00 for fast food I would like hot, fresh food. One if the other employees did give me cold fries w my order. But manager quickly corrected error. And she apologized. I thanked her for the effort to give me what I requested.

Checking out the new improvements of Arby's remodeled building. The sandwiches were full of meat and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. Curly fries could have been better, I think we got the bottom of the basket ,but overall we were impressed.Parking: There were handicap places near the door.

Only ordered a Jamocha Shake. It was the worst one I have ever had. It tasted like sour milk. Had absolutely no mocha or coffee flavor. My stomach was upset for hours after having some.

Stopped at this location last Friday, first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was clean and I was greeted by smiling faces.I ordered and while I was waiting I was asked how my day was, something that just doesn't happen at fast food restaurants.Got my order, went over to put sauce on my sandwich and noticed there was no cheese. No big deal to me, went to the counter and asked for some. They told me they would be happy to remake the sandwich. I told them that wasn't needed that a cup of cheese would be fine. They told me no, they made it wrong, their mistake and they're going to make it right, and they did.To me, that's well above and beyond customer expectations. I don't eat fast food at all except when necessary when driving, and Arby's has never been one of my go to's. It will be now.A lot of places could learn some things from this crew. Great job!
