This is a classic old school bakery. Fresh, delicious donuts, cakes, cookies etc. This bakery is a Toledo gem!!

I wanted a doughnut cake for my husband. I called the Sylvania location as that is close to my home. I was told that they make those at the Secor location. I called there and placed my order. The woman was kind enough to offer to have the cake transported to the Sylvania location for me to pick up (no charge). I picked up the cake a few days later and it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! A LOT of time and effort was put into making this cake look perfect. Everyone kept talking about how amazing the cake looked. Oh, and....it was DELICIOUS!! We will be back :-)

Not very welcoming.. I went in for my last time to get paczki for my family and work. They clearly had enough when I went into buy Two dozen. I understand they wanted to take orders ahead and if they did not have a plethora of them I would not have considered it.. I approached and said kindly, said I am sorry but I need to order 2 dozen, I said I have them all written down to make it very easy. She huffed and let out a sigh and said they were taking orders and I could only order 6. I said oh, okay so I cannot order 2 dozen - she said something about having to separate them into two boxes and I felt so awkward I said to put them in one box and I'll separate them, knowing how challenging that is without poking each one.. then she kind of stood there a moment and I then put my list away mostly concerned my kids get them, being Catholic it is a tradition and they were with me 8 and 10 yrs old... I say okay can I just buy 6 then, I have a family of 5 so maybe can I please buy 8 so the kids all can have 2 and I'll skip this year.. she sighed and walked away to speak to someone else, I was so insulted we left - and I order Christmas cookies every year for my works Christmas party, well not anymore I do.. so upset I left and called my husband who got the list and went in and ordered all two dozen like 30 min after I was there!! I had my kids as my witnesses, I couldn't have been nicer, so I agree there is a woman there who is mean and I will not go back there, I'd rather go anywhere else.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning and got the freshest and most delicious doughnuts I’ve had in a long time. Pricing is good (roughly $13 for half a dozen doughnuts and a cheese danish).I’m already planning on go back soon!

I got a dozen pączkis for Mardi Gras (~$23). This is how I know I’m getting good quality. I could eat probably 4-6 of them in one sitting and feel happy as a clam. Like a peaceful rested baby.If I eat 1 or 1.5 donuts from Dunkin, they might taste good in the moment but as soon as I finish them, I feel sick and regretful.Bakery Unlimited had a line out the door for pączkis and for good reason. I love their food! It feels real and fresh, even now 2 days later. Such perfection. They are quick and attentive. Very kind people

I really wanted to like this place because of all the positive reviews. I tried a brownie, oriental cookie, and a canoli. The brownie tasted more like a cake, the oriental cookie was flavorless, but my son liked the canoli.
I just ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and one for my son's graduation from nursing school. I received so many compliments from friends and family at the party, itwas incredible. Its were I will always go. There doughnuts are the best in Toledo.

The eclairs I bought had little filling and outer shell was dry, like they weren't freshly baked. Was very disappointed.

Very disappointed today. I went in to the Secor Road location to order "decorate your own cookie kit" for my daughters class. Wanted 30 cookies and 6 bags of frosting for next Tuesday (today is Thursday), so 5 days from today. They don't want to do a special order. They are to busy. Just buy 2 kits (48 cookies). So we walked out and will go the a different bakery to get our cookies. This will be the last time we will ever patronize a Bakery Unlimited and will definitely let everyone know how unacceptable we were treated.
