Traveling in the area. Looking for a sit-down Chinese restaurant. Decided on BM Chen because the reviews and pictures looked good.I was not disappointed. I got orange chicken with fried rice, won ton soup, egg roll, and tea, all for under $18. Service was great.They do a fair amount of carry-out business.Highly recommended.

Small place to dine, been looking for a good place to eat really authentic Chinese food. I’d say it’s alright. This place must have been extra busy today because it took us forever to get our main dish. We did get our soups fast. loved the dumplings a lot but main dish was way bigger than I expected and not really super flavorful I got the beef and rice noodle. Also just not super well decorated just needs to feel a bit more Chinese with the decor.

I came to this location because I pass it all of the time and I live near here. I called to place an order for pick up, and the woman working the phones was trying to do a thousand things at once (give someone their food and take my order). I ordered chicken egg foo young and I asked for LO MEIN noodles on the side (they gave me pan fried noodles(?)). I was told 15-20 min for my food, but it took closer to 40 minutes. The woman was trying to take orders, help the people sitting down to eat, check me out, check someone else out, and try to see if my food was ready at the same time. I finally got my food and went home. It was still hot! There was no silverware in the bag which would suck for someone that just moved and didn’t have everything unpacked yet. The egg foo young was really good and tasty, but the pan fried noodles (that I didn’t ask for) were weird. I would be back but would obviously have to check my bag before I go.

I've eaten at this restaurant several dozen times. Tried a new dish this afternoon which was the almond boneless chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection however the broth was the same as what they would use for egg foo young and I did not feel like it matched the dish. Pricing is acceptable. Service was slow. Given the fact it was lunch time should have been faster.

The food is excellent. However the server that they have which is the older Caucasian lady she's very rude and very slow. Each time I've come in whether it be with my friends or with my daughter they notice how she is. I will no longer be eating inside which means no tip. As good of a restaurant as this is I can't believe that she is the presence of this company.
