Came for Easter were quoted a half hour, at the half hour mark were told our table would be ready in 5 min, at the hour mark we were told it would be another half hour MINIMUM. The gm was extremely rude about it stating that the celebration platters for to go were his first priority. Not the guests in the building. As a food manager myself his attitude and priorities were all wrong. To go has its place but without guests in your building you have NO business. As well as my party of 10, several other parties who were waiting walked out as well. Probably 5 others? Some small, some larger. Terrible.Mind you, his SERVERS were bagging to go. Not being able to serve guests in the building.

I ordered delivery from this place tonight. Nothing I got was warm, it took an hour to receive, and I was missing a whole pie. Tried calling them four times and not a single answer. I made sure I had the right phone number. I didn't order through DoorDash or anything like that. I ordered from their website. One call I waited for on hold for over ten minutes. That pie cost me $15.

Had the opportunity to stop by this establishment and enjoyed every moment of my time there. I was greeted and welcomed in immediately upon arrival. Currently I'm suffering from a back injury and to avoid walking far Earl made it a point to seat me in a spot where I didn't have to walk far. That alone was thoughtful and appreciated. My server was Mel and she continued the great customer service. She knew the menu well and was extremely courteous and polite. She was just so sweet and nice which was so refreshing. The atmosphere itself was warm and inviting. My food was hot and delicious as well. Thanks for a great experience.

Great food and good prices. Today there was only one server. Additional employees and a manager present. I don’t understand why the employees aren’t cross-trained to assist in a time of need. I know for a fact that the manager should be stepping in and hasn’t done that during the time that I have been here. I am extremely disappointed.

Love Bob Evans but this location is struggling and is not representitive of the typical brand expectation in food preparation and speed of service. Server was friendly and engaging but the kitchen was backed up. We waited over a half an hour for our food and sadly it was hit and miss. Was surprised to hear an employee tell me that it has been a mess sense the management change is July.
