Went to try the food and as we were standing back reading the menu the cashier looks into the tip cup and proceeds to yell “ wow Toledo don’t know how to tip “ , needless to say after that classless comment we took our business elsewhere .

My pregnant wife wanted a burger. Went up to the counter, and was rudely told by the only attendant at the counter that she was break and couldn’t take my order.Handful of people in the back, doing nothing.Either:The counter attendant was lazy and preferred to sit on her phone instead of work.OrThe entire business went on break at the same time, which is a foolish management issue for a mall food court restaurant.Either way, we’ll never be back. You ruined our first experience, so is it our last.

First time there, husband's Rodeo Burger was a disaster. No cheese, no onion rings... they were out?? Asked for lettuce to be added.. no lettuce, though it's on the receipt that it was requested. Take out order, don't live close, didn't find it out until we got home. I was very excited to try them, had read very good reviews about their food. Definitely not recommending now.

I gotta say, one of the most disrespectful place I've been to in a long time. Dude acted like he didn't wanna take my order then when I was done paying he threw the receipt on the counter and I didn't even grab it at that point, so when the man calling out the order called out the number like 3 times and I asked if it was whatever I ordered and he said "yea man you need to pay more attention" so I said I didn't even get a receipt and he said, "he didn't give you a ticket"? And I said no that's why I didn't know my number and then I walked away smh. Terrible service.

I have been here twice and both time have been met with nothing but attitude for very simple orders. First time was the older man who very clearly hates working there and was mad he had to make any food altogether. This time was an angry kitchen lady mad that we asked for BBQ sauce to go with my child's chicken tenders and the cashier apparently did not note that on the ticket. How hard is it to bring over a prepackaged sauce? People act like that comes out of their pocket. No one here likes working here and it's ridiculous.
