We had the vegan enchiladas and tacos and actually enjoyed them. Fillings were substantial enough. Friendly staff. You order downstairs and then can walk upstairs for seating. Not a bad option if you want healthier options. Only quibble is the weird shared bathroom situation. You go down a (slightly dark) hallway and then through a few more doors to locate a bathroom. (Looks like all the businesses share the one.)
I have to start by saying, "So damn good!". I absolutely regret that I waited so long to come in and try this restaurant out! I had the cheezy jalapeño tamales & the papas con chorizo chimichanga dinner. The flavor and presentation of everything was so incredible! I'll definitely be back! 100% VEGAN
So when this place first opened, I tried it out, and was pretty disappointed. A friend told me that they recently switched to a vegan menu, so I decided to give it another go. My experience was completely different. I'm not usually a big fan of vegan food, but the tamale bowl was delicious. 100x better than before. Stop by if you like tacos/hispanic food.d Definitely stop by if you love vegan tacos!
