Pros: The food Is good I always stop in for lunch..Cons: Some of the workers talk over the food too much.I dont need you repeating what i already told you i want, and asking do i want Caso..I have walked in and saw tha very talkative person inthe back stirring up the rice while having a full blown conversation laughing and talking all over the big bowl of rice, there's no telling whats shooting out of her mouth into that bowl of rice shes mixing up. Some days are better than others. Sometimes there are spoiled pieces of steak mixed in with the good pieces. I've had a few bad experiences where there were a few rotten pieces of steak in my Steak Burrito. Today I stopped in and the young lady who took my order was previously over in the back at a sink cleaning bowls or whatever before coming to take and fix my order, my mind was on getting to work so i forgot to ask her to put on fresh gloves, she came over to fix my order, (the same young lady from a few days before, I walked out on after I saw my Burrito wrap all on her bare arm while removing it from the bag) I don't know if she remember me as the guy who walked out on my order by saying " I got a call I gotta go" after seeing my Burrito wrap on her bare arm and she chose to get me back by not putting on a fresh pair of gloves knowing my Burrito was gonna be messed up..But anyway I go to my car , hop in unwrap my Burrito, put it to my mouth to take a bite , and all I smell is Lemon Joy dishwashing detergent..Im running late for work, i cant go back in and swap that one out...Part of me says she purposely didn't change gloves because she remembered me, and the other part of me says she just forgot she was washing dishes and made a blunder...I was so mad I decided to write a review, mainly because when I called the store to speak with the manager about the situation, it was a recording that says I hafta put my complaint in on Chipotle website.

Horrible food! The chicken was burnt, dry and tasted like jerky, but not good jerky. . This is 3x in a row now. Take the drive and go to a different one.

Although there store closes 1 hour sooner than wingstop Chipotle keeps the ability to take cash payment unlike there seemingly uncaring neighbors.

Going in during the week around 11:50am is fantastic. The crew working the line has it figured out and the double wrap burrito is always delicious. These guys are consistently good.

Went there two times and both of these times their credit card machine was broken. Couldn’t get anything because it was cash only. Terrible ?

Came in today at 9pm only to be told they were talking cash, because internet was down, had to go out my way and get cash, which I got charged $4 at the ATM, what make it even better once I made my order I was told they are out of Queso SMH, it’s always something at this location, this is one the reason I don’t go to this location.

They have half a scoop of rice and say it will take 40 mins to make more that's unacceptable idk if the manager don't know what there doing or what but if im going to pay 12 bucks for a burrito they should know to make more rice when it's getting low
the girl with the tattoos on her right arm is always the sweetest ever i wish i knew her name and mybowls are always stuffed good highly recommend going

This chipotle sucks they give horrible portions sizes if you ask for double meat they won’t give it to you they act like you’re taking the food right from their mouth go to a different one that doesn’t skip out of everything you

Very disappointing experience for Chipotle.The young lady who prepared the bowls for us came up to the counter with what seemed to be a chip on her shoulder. My husband, trying to be friendly, asked how she was. While she is not obligated to engage overly but not answering in a rude tone is good customer service.Both me and my husband and I ordered bowls that were very similar. While mine was made well, my husband's was not. Mine was nearly overflowing while his did not even fill the bowl.I don't know if my husbands question offended her or if she hates men in general, but she was rude. When looking at how different our food was prepared, she clearly had some issue with my husband.Then when I went to get utensils there was only one fork so I went to the counter to ask for more. Instead of giving me a folk the as he walked past me and the counter with a hand full of folks. He made me walk around the corner to get one once he refilled them.

Asking for certain items and kept referring me to order off line and certain items was for online only my cellphone was dead and I only had cash to pay this was the most unprofessional service I had ever experience if the product was available online it should’ve been available for in store as

Very dirty place being a new restaurant you would think they would have pride in their place but no. Our bowls hardly had any rice or chicken in them and the chicken was burnt. No one seemed to care if the containers were empty it just wasn’t like other Chipotle’s. Wake up owners.
