Never have chicken, there is always, ALWAYS a wait on chicken. One time I was told 20 min..I paid sat in my car didn't get chicken till an hour later. And it wasn't even the chicken I ordered. When I asked for the correct order I was told that I had to wait 20 min for chicken... AGAIN..I then asked for my money back and was told it would be refunded to my card.. IT NEVER WAS..
I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one regular and one spicy. For a place named Church’s chicken you would think it would even be cooked right. My chicken was undercooked, and my buns burnt. Same for the other sandwich. Honestly, it’s a mystery as to how this place is still open. By the look of their chicken, you would thing that it would’ve been closed down by health inspections for serving inedible food. Haven't had this in awhile service was slow staff unorganized with the position they work. After waiting almost 50 minutes my chicken was hot but taste like burnt grease and shrimp was questionable don't know how long its been refrigerated in batter that went right in the garbage corporate office needs to be called
