This rating is for the automated machine process and subsequent handling of it. The self serve is great, but don't put items in the omelet that weren't ordered and then argue with customer about it and state that you had to have specifically excluded it in the order process when the process specifically has you choose what you want on it. Great food, fair prices, friendly staff. I've been working Down town for years and this place always smacks. If you can use your smart phone you can eat here without trouble. IF TOUCH SCREEN SCARE YOU NO EAT HERE.
