None of the employees are on the same page. I went in last week and got a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a salad. I went in today (literally 20 minutes ago) and ordered the same thing, the girl was in the middle of making it, and another girl walked over saying they haven’t made the soup “in years”. I replied, “I was literally just in last week and they made it for me” to which the girl replied, “we’re here 5 days a week, and don’t make that” ACTING LIKE I WAS LYING!?! First of all, she could’ve politely said “I’ll let the other employees know from now on that they aren’t allowed to make that” because CLEARLY NOT EVERYONE KNOWS!?! She was SO RUDE, and made the environment so awkward when I was literally just trying to order my soup and salad (that again, I JUST HAD A WEEK AGO!!!)! I cannot even describe how rude she was, why would I lie about ordering a freaking soup!? I would give 0 stars if I could.

I came here as a first time patron and was disappointed. The employees were not friendly at all, and I felt unwelcome. I placed my order online, it was ready when I came in. The entire thing was unappealing, I had about half tablespoon of chicken, the noodles were hard, and it just made me nauseous. The food was not good at all. It was all bland and my side dressing could not help the blandness. I have been wanting to try this place for MONTHS and was disappointed and left nauseous at work. For the price, I expected more chicken. I shouldn’t have to ask for double chicken to get a normal portion. There is no way to contact the actual store.

This used to be a great place to eat but the turnover of employees keeps getting worse. The employees are rude and don't even acknowledge you when your ordering or ask for something. Save your money and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The food is GREAT! No questions about that.It’s the experience itself. I’ve done mobile ordering and in person.I always get quick and short responses from the staff and it seems like they really don’t care.I don’t blame the staff, a lot of times it may be signs of poor management. You’ve got the product but the customer experience lacks profoundly.

I made an online order today and when I arrived, the store was closed! It's the second time this happened. The first at the Maumee branch and now here. It's very frustrating to drive 20 minutes only to find the place closed. I find it very unprofessional that this keeps happening! After the first time, we decided to come back since customer service reached out to apologize and refunded us. What can be easier than turning the online ordering option off when the place is closed! I use online ordering all the time and this has never happened at any other restaurant! This shows a complete disregard for the customers' time and effort. Extremely disappointing!

The food is okay, I've had much better but what's horrible is the customer service. I wasn't greeted and then upon paying I was asked if I wanted a receipt, plastic ware and a bag.. now come on am I supposed to carry a salad bowl a side cup and a salad dressing cup to the car in my hands? This makes no sense. Even if it was one item, food can spill and I would hate for it to waste in my car. I said yes when I she asked about the receipt and she says oh the machines not working. Never returning again

I had heard good things from friends and was in the area shopping around dinnertime so I gave it a try. Got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese bowl and it did not disappoint. The spices were on point the flavors were great and the portion size was really good I wind up taking half of it home for lunch the next day I highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful place to stop & grab some heath conscious grub - would 5 star, but Google, their website, & they're phone # all just different hours. Bikes within all three of those times & they had still different hours posted on the door. Annoying to waste your customers time & not alter the posted hours appropriately.

While the food was good the service was more than just lack luster. The girl who took our order and we interacted with was extremely rude, to the point of being mean. I would recommend driving the 10 extra minutes to the other location to avoid the rude service.

First time trying. I got the spicy ginger steak rice noodle bowl. They were out of steak so i asked for pork which i did not mind at all. But there's barely any noodles which I was looking forward to the most lol

My first time trying corelife , I did build your own bowl & now I’m HOOKED ! The next day I even added some broth to my bowl turning it into a soup , best idea ever ! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu !
