This place does better than a lot of pizza places I’ve been to. The employees are very nice and patient and it’s very clean and organized in the kitchen. Food was prepared quickly and was delicious. 100%
Do not order from here. I put in an order at 9:30 in the morning to make sure food was ready by 2 PM. Literally three pizzas. And the food was not ready until three even though I called an hour beforehand to make sure it was still ready at two they said yes and it wasn’t. Then I give them the benefit of the doubt and go two weeks later And wait over an hour for one pizza and one order of chicken wings. Then they’ll get on here and comment on your bad review and tell you that they’re going to give you a percentage off. However, that coupon is always invalid. Don’t waste your time.

The lady at Domino's on Alexis Rd who I assume was the manger showed extreme patience with her employees. It was nice to see.

Always horribly mismanaged. Loses prepaid orders and always has excuse “we got swamped with orders” or “I am the only one here”. Expect lengthy waits after you get to store. I do not think there is another Dominos as poorly managed-if there is, I have not been to it.

If you want to take an hour and 43 minutes to receive a sub and a six piece boneless wing, I think it wouldn’t of been hard as a brick and ice cold. But when you’re watching the tracker app and it is in the quality check section for over 40 minutes I assumed it would be but you have to tell yourself they’re not eating that food so watch where you go you have to take pride in your food, no matter who’s eating it!!!

We hadn't had Dominos in a while - we used to order from another local store, but wanted delivery which auto popped to this one. The food was perfect, fresh, and flavorful. Everything looked like it should - no disappointments! I don't know if this store is just God tier or if there's been some corporate changes, but we'll definitely be ordering from them moving forward.

Without a doubt the worst customer service! Manager ?? Very rude. After 2 conversations and waiting over 2 hours we get a text saying our order has been cancelled.
The one on the phone was drunkHe spent 15 minutes of my time on the phone to take the order, then after I drove for another 15 minutes he said that someone else has taken my order and the other 2 guys were like we don’t have a problem with that, (I lost my lunch break time)

Both times I’ve ordered from here my orders have been over 2 hours to even receive . I’ve never in my life had a pizza place so slow . They should close the store if they can’t run it correctly

My pizza is always fresh and hot! Staff are friendly at curbside! Great job! The only thing I don’t like is i only get 10 points rather i spend $10 or $40 even though I know that has nothing to do with the store! I guess imma have to start doing 4/5 separate orders to get the points I deserve!

I order from dominos a lot and never usually have a bad experience. this time I ordered for delivery at 6:12 with the delivery time being from 20-30 minutes. After an hour and a half of not receiving my order and the tracking still said it was being prepped I called the store and asked about my order. The guy on the phone said it would be sent out soon without even asking what my name or order was so idk how he knew which one was mine. And claimed they’re short staffed (which I understand completely). it is now 8:47 and my food just now is being delivered. 3 HOURS FOR DELIVERY? So ridiculous whether you’re short staffed or not. I will not be ordering dominos for long time because of this.
