I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday on Eston's website a week ago for pickup tomorrow. I called today to verify that everything was in order. I was told that my order had been rejected because the Zip code entered did not match my credit card. I received no call, email or text to inform me that there was a problem. I was also told that it was now too late to fulfill my order. Never again.

I stopped in and almost left because the cupcakes are not displayed out in front and I thought this place only made wedding cakes. I'm so glad I stayed! They have ready to go cupcakes in about 10 flavors. I got 4 - key lime, triple chocolate, lemon and strawberry. They were cold from a refrigerator, but the cake was moist. The frosting was delicious!!! I don't even like frosting that much, but theirs is light and delicious. I will definitely be back.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PEOPLE SKILLS ABSOLUTE ZERO!!! IF THERE WAS A RATING BELOW ZERO THAT IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!!!My wife is a local business owner, who has bought hundreds of cakes from Eston’s for clients, friends, and family over the last several years. Recently, we ordered a raspberry royale wedding cake for my daughter’s wedding. After driving across the country for her wedding and slicing the cake on her special day, we realized that the cake was not the flavor we ordered. They gave us a strawberry cake not a raspberry cake. On a normal occasion we would let this slide but considering it was my daughter’s wedding we confronted the owner. She told us we were wrong and that they changed their recipe, sending photos of the raspberry royale that didn’t even match the color of our cake. As someone who bought the raspberry royale and the strawberry cake several times in the previous weeks, we would know the difference between their strawberry and rasberry cakes. Rather than taking accountability for their actions, Eston’s management shows horrible customer service, calling their customers liars even after eating their cakes more than they do. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and if I could have given 0 stars I would have. WILL NOT RETURN. The people running Eston's lack any sense of professionalism and have no concept of what customer satisfaction really means.

We used Eston's for our wedding cake and oh my gosh, amazing! From the sampling to the cake delivery, everything was great. We had the hardest time picking flavors because they are all amazing. Our cake design was a little different than the standard options and they were quick to make it work for us. The delivery went smoothly. And the day-of, although we only got a bite, it was just as delicious as we remembered. We've already had family ask us to bring another cake to the next get together! We can't wait to grab a cake on our 1 year anniversary!
We are so so happy that we chose Eston’s for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were an absolute hit and the best cake we’ve ever had. We have received amazing feedback from our family and friends after the wedding. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this bakery!

ESTONS HAS THE BEST WEDDING CAKES EVER!i had a wedding w 200 people and personally received about 10 compliments on the cakes alone! the lemon berry and key lime are so so so yummy. the cake was so good, i finished my slice even before my “cake cutting” ceremony was over lol.Donya from estons is super helpful and will go above and beyond with whatever you need. i was actually going to go w costco cakes for our guest cake, but the prices are comparable, estons is so much BETTER, and i wanted to support local.their cake is better than costco cake. highly recommend!!

I am from Dallas and I took a shot in the dark when ordering a cake for an event in Toledo. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! This cake was amazing. I picked it up the day before the event and it was moist and perfect when it was cut open. It’s been a week since I had the event and I am STILL wishing I wouldn’t have sent people home with extra slices.

We booked Eston's to do our wedding desserts. We decided to do a one tier cake and then an assortment of mini cupcakes and cheesecakes for our guests. We got so many compliments on them - they looked AND tasted great. Donya was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Eston's for any occasion.
