Excellent food for all 6 of us. 3 of us got the gluten free sub bun -- which is the best gf bun of any place we've eaten at. I got the jerk turkey (or chicken? Can't remember which it was) sub -- absolutely delicious.

Usually this place has been real good but, it seems that, their food quality has gone down a bit and their customer service has declined quite a bit. I have spoken with the owner, in the past, who has always taken pride in his business quality. So, I’m not sure if there is new ownership or personal medical issues that have caused a drop in service. There is definitely a problem with many of the staff there. Almost seems like a decline of care intentionally with many customers. Sad

Terrible service. We had a group of 9, 2 sandwiches came out about every 30 minutes. They forgot my husband's sandwich completely and I went to check, as everyone at the table was done with their food. At this point it had been 90 minutes since we initially ordered in the store. They said they forgot it, however, they proceeded to make 4 other sandwiches before starting on his sandwich which caused an additional 20 minute wait. When the sandwich was finally done, the employee slammed it down on the counter and walked away without saying anything. By the time we had all our sandwiches we had been in the store for over 2 hours and my husband and I hadn't even eaten. This used to be the spot we would come after every zoo trip. Used to be. Extremely disappointed and sad that I tipped well only to be treated like that by the employees.

I just phoned in a take out order, I ordered 6 sandwiches and only got 5 which I was only charged for 5. When I got home and went through the order not one of them was correct, I have never had this from this location but I will not be going back after this. It baffles me that these people make the money they do and cannot do a simple job.
