Usually a pretty solid spot. However, I just walked in about 10 minutes ago and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without any service. Walked over to the kitchen area and no one ever even looked up. So now I'm around the corner eating at the shawarma place.

My family was in the mood for tacos and decided to try out Fuzzy's for the first time tonight (Sun, Feb 25th). We placed an online order which said it would be ready in 15 min. We got to the restaurant 5 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be ready. Our order was not ready. We asked if we could buy some fountain drinks and dine at the shop and we were told NO. The lady at the register said she was going to start cleaning the dining room soon because they closed at 7pm. It was 6:20. I had my 6 yo and 3yo boys with us, who were already pretty hungry. Not only was our food not ready, but we couldn't eat it when it was ready because we had to still drive home. It was another 20 minutes after we arrived before our order was ready. There was another lady waiting who lived down the road who said she had eaten at Fuzzys several times in the past, but not in the last 6 months. She said this had not happened to her either. She also had to wait 20 minutes longer than expected.I understand things happen and food can't always be ready when promised, but why not let us eat our food when it was ready? There was only 1 table of people eating so the night clean up could not have been that bad. I felt so bad for my kids having to sit there, starving, for 20 minutes and then tell them, sorry they cant eat yet.I just wanted to let you know what happened. Not sure if it is store policy to stop allowing dine in orders 40 min before closing time, but if it is, that is a terrible policy. Perhaps it is just because young kids can be messy and just my family was denied service. I had to wait 20 extra minutes for my food, the closing crew could have stayed a little longer and let us dine in.I figured I would write you before posting negative reviews online. I don't understand how this location is getting away with shorting every customer!!! Have you noticed that the quesos and sides are coming in a green container when there are supposed to be in the red container which is a whole 2oz more than what you've been getting! They put exactly one less shrimp fried or grilled than you're supposed to! They choose to often put 4 grilled shrimp instead 53 fried shrimp instead of 4. I hate this cause I love fuzzys and have been to so many fuzzys through our the United States!! Do better fuzzys in Toledo!

First thing I was the only one in there it took twenty minutes for my to go order. The food was cold I ordered a fried fish taco my fish wasn't fried it was grilled and there was a single bite of fish in the taco. So so disappointed!!!

So I don't know where to start cause the food was good and service was good. BUT there was a table of very young unsupervised children loudly watching tv. Tried to push past that. Whole time wondering where the adults were? Then they started running in circles like crazy around restaurant. It was so uncomfortable as a patron. Get up to leave. Scan the bar, the restaurant and the kitchen. NO ONE in sight. I honestly do not know what just happened but it was disturbing and someone needs to take note
I love the atmosphere and the bartender Bri is amazing. Nachos were delicious.

The food is really good. However I ordered a shrimp quesadilla without pico through DoorDash. I called and I politely asked if I could get a replacement or refund. I was told I would have to go through DoorDash for a refund which was fine but I was also told the dasher should’ve made sure there was no pico.The pico was inside my quesadilla so should my DoorDasher have put their fingers inside my food to check? Picture is provided so anyone can see that the delivery driver would’ve had to literally open the quesadilla not just the container.

Wow, just wow how I'm lost for words on how great the food is. I could eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner from here. Love the fact they have a chalkboard u can write on.Kid-friendliness: One of our first trips here the cook brought us out dessert. That was truly amazing. My kids loved the 2 deserts he brought out to us. Because he went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time I will continue to eat a t fuzzy tacos 4 times a month.
