This was my first visit to Grindhrs and it is a wonderful space to enjoy conversation and coffee. It's flowing with a completely relaxed vibe, and the staff are so friendly and wonderful.

I can only speak on the hot chocolate that I got, HOWEVER, it is absolutely delicious! I did not get the name of the pleasant barista, but they were very kind as well. The hot cocoa is just the perfect amount of sweetness; it is not overpowered by any means nor is it lacking in flavor. Had a little bit of whipped cream on top which possibly made it better, but I would much rather stop here than Starbucks or Biggybys.

it’s a cute place but the service is actually terrible. the staff forgot my friends water AND food. not to mention the food itself isn’t even that good. also this place is VERY expensive.

Worst coffee shop. The word hospitality doesn't apply to this poor excuse of an establishment. I thought restaurants were supposed to be for enjoying the conversations, despite a possibly bad product. Atmosphere is everything. This. This is no atmosphere.

This was some of the best coffee I've had in a while. I got the mint mocha with oat milk and the depth of flavors kept me excited the entire cup. The C.A.B. (Caramel Apple Butter) is also such a vibrant delicious flavor (So apple-y!)

Needed a quiet place to go in do homework, first time ever going downtown toledo. The worker greeted me and after I told her it was my first time downtown and I needed a quiet place to study for a few hours and the staff told me a lot about downtown and also told me I was welcome to stay as long as I wanted. The staff member also informed me that she would be more than welcome to get me a water whenever I needed to while studying and told me where the bathroom was so I could use it whenever I needed. Loved my chai tea and got to study in a cute and quiet place.
