Some harsh reviews on here haha. I switched to this Central Avenue store from the old Secor one when I moved. For the most part, it's been great. Love their bread, condiments, and freshly sliced meats. The first few trips, I tried a variety of subs like the cappicuolo & ham, club supreme (roast beef & turkey), super sub (ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo), even the tuna before eventually settling on the basic club (ham, turkey and bacon). It's consistently excellent; probably gotten it 20 times. My dining companions always go for the cheesesteak, which is grilled on a flat top, and they swear by it. I keep saying I'll try that next time, but never do. Tricky thing at Jersey Mike's is what size to order. If you have a modest appetite, get a regular. That's big enough for most people. If you can eat a lot or need the extra protein, get the giant. They're pricey, but high quality and will fill you up. Thanks for coming to town.

The girl working tonight at the Central Ave location could really use some customer service skills. I ordered and paid for 2 subs got all the way home and realized I only had one then called went back up there and she claimed I didn't pay for it. I did pay for it but she assured me my paid sub would be free. Absolutely

The only issue I encountered several times is that they turn online ordering way too often, and that's an inconvenience, not to mention the amount of business you're probably losing.
First time at this location but not my first time at a Jersey Mike's. I always get the #13 (R.I.P Pops) that was his favorite sandwich. Now this trip was very pleasant, sandwich was on point, ladies were nice. I'm satisfied with my purchase and ill be back at this location in the not so distant future.

It was our first time going there we walked in the door and was not greeted it was 4 employees just standing there just looking around and joking among themselves finally after 10 minutes one of them said are you going to order after they was the ones ignoring us and their prep area was disgusting there station was covered with lettuce everywhere and other food items was scattered all over the prep station and a couple of the containers barely had ant food in them and frost around the brim. After our sandwiches once again no one said anything to us and started to talk among themselves and when they was done playing around they finally said are you ready to pay? There whole demeanor was unprofessional but the 2 subs we got was good

This place wasn't cleaned at all! The guy cutting the meat was cutting and making the sandwiches and the counter was dirty! But he was making the food app orders and he was ready to take the orders from the people on the inside then he would say? You ready! Not welcome to jersey mikes how can I hope you?! My wife and grandson got something from them! I wasn't they didn't worry about cleaning anything why they was standing there the other workers! Everything was so low its wasn't funny and they wasn't filling up anything. Why we was there terrible!Vegetarian options: It's a sub place! You make up your own items
