Would’ve been nice to know that they didn’t have lettuce onion and didn’t put my extra mayo that I asked for I wouldn’t have even gone. Thanks for my meat and cheese sandwich. Not really what I expected from a number nine. I’m not one to complain, but I’ll definitely be going to the one farther away since simple instructions or even the decency to let me know they’re out of something ?

I just ordered 2 turkey subs and I'm so baffled that I only received les than an ounce. Of meat!!! And it was almost shredded!!!! I didnt ask for a veggie sub,I asked for a turkey Tom. I'm too

I asked the manager if there were vegan options. The mister said “nothing is vegan” and walked away. I politely said thank you and walked away also, never to return. But on google there are clearly vegan options if there is time taken. It’s apparent they didn’t want my money, therefore I moved on to another establishment that gladly abolished. Thank you jimmy johns for showing your true colors off the rip, I won’t be back.✌?

This is the second time a delivery order has taken well over an hour. Understandable at most places but not when the company's motto and whole image is how fast they are and not when they charge over $4 for a delivery fee on top of the driver tip. Also no text notification when on the way.

I've tried contacting this business for months and they continue to ignore those of us who live above them. Currently they are blasting music into apartments above multiple hours before opening. You do this as early as 2am. UTPD has spoken to a worker over this also. The issue has not been solved. The apartment complex has tried multiple times to alert you about your noise to no avail. Please stop playing music through your speakers before you open. It has been happening before 7 every day this week including the weekend. I have waited 5 months, didn't want to have to leave a review to get notice from ownership. I'm very tired and wish to sleep again.

We called ahead to several locations on our way home (to Ontario) praying that someone would stay up even 10 more minutes... Mariah & Meranda totally made our day and we are so thankful! God bless them.

My friend and I are driving back home to (Ontario Canada) from Knoxville. We LOVE JJ subs and get them every time we're in the great USA. It was 9:45pm and were exactly 15 minites away when we called. Miranda and Meriha (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were more than willing to stay open to feed these hungry travelers. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE LADIES. We'll be back from Canada again in 6 months and we'll be here. Thanks again so much ladies. Much love from Canada.

To the manager/owner: please talk to your staff about customer service... Got my order wrong three times, completely flat affect with a palpable sense that they didn't want to be there. However, the sandwich was good!
