Placed on order online around 9:50, store closed earlier than expected. Went to the store, found out it was closed, then tried canceling order on mobile app. No live agents were available, had to call a #, spoke to a really nice lady but now I have to call back in an hour with a case number to get a refund? So many extra steps for a customer to go through just because the store closed earlier- all I want is a refund since I didn’t get the food lol

Having recently been releded from the hospital I decided to treat myself to a bucket of chicken. I had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The smell of weed from the employee out the drive thru make me angry and frustrated. But when I finally received my chicken it was short a wing and a leg also covered in ketchup I had to go back to the hospital because the weed smell triggerd my asthma and had a reaction to the ketchup which could of killed me lucky I had a epi pen in my pocket. You might think this is fake. But if you think that you are a biget.

I went to kfc Friday after picking my son up from school and having a full night at work and hardly any sleep. I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal and was charged $30! Instantly knew they were stealing customers money! I didn't see the price list cause I was trying to get as far away from the disgusting weed smell from the worker sitting out there right by the menu in the drive-thru giving out free contact highs to people with children in the car. I had a migrain headach from lack of sleep and high blood pressure so I just wanted to get the food and leave. The girl in the drive-thru looked like she would do something to my food if I complained anyway so I didn't. That $30 damn dollars just posted to my account so I remembered I could post a review and here it is. Got to the last 3 pieces the next day and they were small as wing dings. I am a very unhappy customer and I will not be going back. A refund is due .

They will literally hide so they don't have to serve food. Lazy, lazy, lazy.Edit: I was able to get some food from them. They still did not get a simple, 3 item order right but I reminded them at the window and they sorted it out no problem.

Ordered 3pc meal requested all thighs . And 5pc tender . Coleslaw fries and peppers.Get all the way bk to Toledo hospital to have a only 1 thigh.5 skimpy lukewarm tenders . No silverware no salt pepper or ketchup and 3 napkins.On top of that I got snapped at for bringing the order bk wrong. Thanks KFC that's just what I needed
