Went to the KFC on Manhattan Blvd. about 7:30pm yesterday. I ordered 4 wings and a biscuit. They didn't have any wings ready, but told me that some would be ready in 15 minutes, and asked if I wanted to wait. I said that I would wait. 25 mins went by and I rode back thru the drive thru and asked about the wings I ordered, they said that I had 4 more minutes. I drove around and parked as I was asked to do the first time. I waited & waited. It was another 20 minutes before my food was brought out to me. It was a total of 45 minutes of waiting for the 4 wings instead of the 15 minutes she originally told me. As I reached for the bag, I asked if my order was correct, she confirmed that it was my 4 wings & biscuit, she said "yes mam". When I got home and opened my box, there was 1 wing, 2 legs and 1 thigh! I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. I call again the next day (today) and asked for a supervisor to complain about the service and wrong order (after a 45 min. wait). I don't think the person I talked to was a supervisor, but she said she was. I told her my complaint and she asked if I ate it. I told her that I ate the wing and she said "well if you ate it, there's nothing I can do, if you didn't want it, you shouldn't have ate it". She was very nasty and rude. I told her that I wasn't asking for money back, but was just making a complaint about the customer service so that the person could be reprimanded for having me wait 45 minutes and not even giving me the right order. All she said was "oh well sorry, now I have to get back to my orders". Then she hung up the phone. I will never go to that KFC again because of the rude customer service! That KFC is the closest to my home but rude people working there.

Came to get my grandson dinner and after each item the snotty girl was like is that all no I said and then had to repeat my order 10 times to this snotty girl. First we tried to go in and they had the door locked. It is 6:30 in the evening why on earth is your door closed??? Will never return to this store again

The most insanely slow and unprepared franchise I've ever experienced and it gets worse with each visit....clearly zero leadership in this place...ran by 3rd world NO IQ DEI hires....after dozens of attempts here...I'm completely done spending any money here....it's no exaggeration that it truly is the most terribly ran KFC ...amazing how Chic FIL A can figure out in a few years what typical fast food places can't....if I was KFC I would remove this franchise owner immediately

As they attempted to make it right, which is their guarantee...I still received old cold chicken strips, old dried up corn, a glob of mac and chees along with the burnt biscuits...I was told the fryers were off and i woukd need to come back tomorrow...I have NO receipt but i do have where it was charged to my card...This was the worst decision after spending $50+...This was a waste of time and money for my family...I've attempted to load photos but I think I woukd have had to do that first...

Ordered online at 6:47 pm for pickup at 9:15pm. Got there to pick up through drive through and they said they didn't have my chicken, I order a 16 piece. They took my money off my card, told me they didn't have any chicken and they couldn't do anything about my money. Have to wait to talk to a GM the shift manager Brian was very rude and unprofessional. Why would my order be accepted if you didn't have the chicken, could have have the curtesy to call me and let me know they didn't have it. I could have went elsewhere.
