I really need to stop being lazy and drive farther to another location, this one is closest to me though. It's fast food Chinese so I'm not expecting anything spectacular but consistency would be nice. Times are tough right now so I know extra wait times are standard and sometimes quality can dip. Past couple times though the food has been supbar. It's had undercooked or stale rice and that ruins the meal. It's shame.

The service here is horrible. I just spent a whole hour in their drive thru. Even though there wasn’t a long line. I repeated my order over and over, the cook even came to the window and asked how It was ordered. And they still made my food wrong. I had to go back around and wait almost 30 mins just to get my remake.

Waited over 15 for my order to be taken, finally got up to the window and ask multiple times for soy sauce told me it was in there and it wasn't, food tasted and looked like crap and they don't knkw how to answer the phone to replace your order smh.

They refuse to give Door Dash employees their order even when it is already ready and make them wait through their ridiculously slow drive thru to get their food. This not only hurts their own business but also ruins the ratings for the Door Dash employees while also ruining the experience for the customer who have to wait an absurdly long time for their food. I understand taking preventions against the transmission of covid-19, however handing the Door Dash employees the order through the door is no more dangerous than handing it to them through the window. This is an incredibly inefficient system and I refuse to ever pick up a Door Dash order from this chain again.

Had the worst experience today at the central and Holland Sylvania location. At 6pm on 4/15/20. The drive thru worker was HERENDOUS. To ask for soy sauce bothered her SO much. Along with the food. It was slopped everywhere in the box with glaze dripping EVERUWHERE. The rice was GREY and absolutely disgusting. Have visited magic wok several times with no issue in the past. Completely understand why I never see lots of business here post or prior to covid. Completely DISGUSTED.

I waited in line for 35 minutes mind you there was one one car ahead of me the entire time and after I finally got to the window I sat for another 10 minutes and as I'm waiting someone In the back making the food decides to pick something up with his hands and eats it touching his mouth and then proceeds to go back to making the food with out washing his hand or putting gloves On. Then after that while I'm still waiting they all stand in a huddle and stop doing everything all in one. I will never be coming back to this location, total unorganized and very unprofessional.
My wife and daughter are sitting right now at your location on Central Ave. The place is packed and there are three women running the place. These three women are busting their butts and getting everyone’s order. I’m very impressed with these three! They deserve recognition for how well they are working. My receipt says the cashiers name is Raven. Great job you three!!

Laskey road location is going downhill. Ended up ordering the trio fried rice and the one employee said I couldn’t substitute chicken for beef 2nd time this has happened in the past few months. Get home open up my food and there is no chicken in my meal at all. Also the shrimp was under cooked along with burning the vegetables and my egg rolls. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened back in the mid to late 80’s very disappointed in my trip to this location.

Spring roll was solid, then I had the chicken beef shrimp fried rice.. it was not good but it was edible. Kind of... I stopped eating it because of the taste and opened the fortune cookie to taste something normal. AND IT WAS VERY STALE. I know it's local but people need to know the truth.. :(

This place is the most disgusting, Vile, tearjerking just because of how nasty it is... place in northwest Ohio. The magic walk on Monroe Street might be filled with crazy women but it least their food isn't all that bad just super greasy, they use the same rice for multiple days in a row and do not wash their hands but trust me that's nothing compared to this Laskey location, Grease stains dripping down the walls, young teenage boys with gauges in their ears with prepubescent sweat dripping down their for head right into your chicken lo mein. I can't describe how nauseating and disgusting the smells are from that kitchen...just waiting in line I had the urge to throw up and dear God I swear that teenage boy sweat landed right into my family meal. all of the smoothies are made with canned fruit don't think for second that you're getting anything great out of those smoothies but to be fair the smoothies are the best part about that place. this place has to have the worst service ever imaginable from the eye rolling teenager to the rude manager I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. thank you.
