I love Marco’s and will continue to order, but I received the worst batch of cheesy bread this evening. It was dry, hard, and appeared to have little to no cheese. It was on the verge of inedible, and I chose to throw it away.I hope this feedback can be shared with the team preparing and making the food this evening Because I know this Marco’s does a fantastic job most of the time.

Not any restaurant but my password expired so i cant order online. talked to local manger and he had no idea how to update have 2x left message at Corp phone # and have not heard back . been 2 weeks since 1st call. Not sure what everyone is doing 8 to 5 M-F but cant anyone answer the phone?

I live right down the road and have been going here for years will not be back after this last experience. Constantly forgetting items in the order. Terrible customer service and truly do not care. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

Update I already left feed back no one call back I just want my money back20$ wasted the pizza was stiff and realy chewy when I call to fix it the ast manager zoey said she can’t do anything about it I ask to speak to her supervisor she wouldn’t let me keep saying she already know stay away from this place I wish I can give 0 stars

The Workers, could be a little Friendlier.People with Little Hands, Ought not be in charge of putting on Items, As the cheese on the cheese bread, was in the Middle and Very Little. The pizzas themselves, were made exactly as I ordered, except for All Over Roma Seasoning, and the Chicken was WARM NOT HOT‼️? Maybe I'm just used to the Old Workers, Who knew what they were doing ⁉️?The Delivery Driver, was ok,...Bottom Line:::When a Customer, places an Order, follow the Order the Customer Placed. The Employee is there to Represent Marcos Pizza NOT Themselves ?The Delivery Driver, Ought to have LISTENED to the Customer, Who gave Exact Directions! And WHY Was the Food WARM and Not Hot ⁉️?I was a Faithful CustomerThe key word here is::Was‼️?I'll go to Guys Pizza on Star, in East Toledo!They are Worth the Drive, even in Rain Snow and Stormy Weather!Family Owned and Operated, andI Receive Exactly what I Order, and The Food is Exceptional ‼️??I ordered Garlic Cheese Bread,I Received Real Garlic, Smothered in Cheese on Bread‼️?The Mega Order, is $14.95 and You get 40, pieces of Garlic Cheese Bread!If I wanted Seasoning all over, They Season it from, Corner to Corner‼️?I don't have pics, You'll have to Google them to Verify...

Do I have to give 1 star? I have been ordering from the Marco's in Parma for decades. What a mess these last few months. Last 2 times, January I got someone else's order. February I didn't get an ordered item. Today was the last straw. Placed an order 2 1/2 Hours ago. Called 3 times. Never got the order. Cancelled it. Never will order delivery from them ever again. Will try to pick up myself in the future. I could have gone to the store and made my pizza from scratch in 2.5 hours.

What a dramatic downturn. Consistency has always been an issue here. Sometimes it’s amazing others it’s utter trash. Tonight was my 3rd bad pizza in a row. Considering the prices have gone up 3-4 dollars per item I expect perfection. Very sad because I’ve always loved Marcos.(Update Dec 22) So these clowns thought it was a good idea to start having customers loyalty points expire. I was just a few points away from my coupon and bam I go to order and they’re gone. And not to mention their prices have gone up AGAIN! It’s greed, plain and simple. Never thought I’d say this but that’s the last straw, a life long customer, never again. Shame on them. There are far better pizza places to experience in Toledo. Don’t waste your time and money people.
