I'm done with this location for a while. They forgot to cook my food, then rushed the order which resulted in an under cooked pizza. Not one single apology I ordered the pizza in person, waited in my car for 10 minutes and came in to get my order and it was never cooked. So they rushed a pizza, waste of money and over 30 minutes of my time.

I love Marcos.. I only did four stars because they keep advertising for pizzoli but the ones around me don't even offer it. It's not on the website and I tried calling in my order but they said they do not offer it ??????

Placed Order on 1-12-24 at 5 got pizza at 6 and everything was cold . Worst pizza I have gotten from this location . I live 10 minutes from this location . No excuse for it to be cold .

When did the crust become flat..no sauce...Son i paid for cheese and pink sauce......and dude said he made my food lol and sent back another pizza with barely no sauce...and I order all the time from them..and I love Marco's...but who ever made my food needs to find another job...my crust should not be flat..and I owed butter parm lol I can't taste that either...lol pink sauce..that's out light it is.....after I spoke with a manager todayShe fixed what happened last night..and again great ? great job

It's Marcos...A Toledo staple. You either love Marcos, or you don't. There's not much to say other than it's quite impressive that Marcos Pizza has gone from a single store on Starr Avenue in the early 80s to a national chain. Good on you, Marcos. I've been eating Marcos for over 40 years, and I don't think they've changed too much. There's been subtle changes to the recipe over the years. My one request is to offer the original recipe, handmade... as a specialty (corporate knows what I'm talking about), but other than that, I love Marcos.

My order was sitting on shelf when the lady said it would be 5 more minutes. One of the delivery ladys was waiting for her orders reminded the other lady that we were waiting for our orders.
