The staff in this Marcos is rude and disrespectful. I went in to get my order and the guy had just finished boxing it. He threw my food on the shelf for the lady to hand to me. She asked him why he t did that and he ignored her. Staff needs to be checked before someone else does it

$1.50 for 4 packs of mayonnaise!!!!! Manager shrugged it off! Chicken was very dry I added to the pizza. No 2 liters of Diet Pepsi. Sub was pretty good.

This place has lost a loyal customer every time I call in a order they say it will be there in 30 minutes and then you wait over a hour and they tell you it will be 40 more minutes off nothing off or anything customer service sucks as well try to over talk

The person who took my order went directly from taking my order and handling my credit card to preparing my order without putting on clean gloves or washing her hands. The employee who handed me my food when it was finished went directly from sweeping the floor to cutting and wrapping my sandwiches. He had on one glove (the same one he was wearing when he was sweeping the floor) and didn't reglove or wash his hands before handling my sandwiches. The subs are really tasty, but they don't seem to have as many ingredients them as they used to. Probably won't return.

I'm absolutely disgusted at the experience I just had at the Sylvania location. A young woman was in there trying to figure out her order. Looked like she was dressed nice to go out but nothing out of line or warranting the rude comments from the staff that followed. The ENTIRE staff immediately began commenting on the girl as soon as she walked out. Vulgar rude and completely unprofessional esp when you have customers still in the store...

They refused to honor their own promo offer. Confirmed over phone, then when arrived to pickup they added several dollars and said they don’t participate in the very same offer listed on THEIR website. What a joke. Never again Marcos.
A great professional staff that happens to be a younger generation working very well together. It is always refreshing to see and sense a good relationship among fellow employees. The food just taste better when everyone is happily working to make ones experience pleasant.
