My first time ordering here and it was terrible, We were at the drive through to pick up food for one hour and no body attended to us, a staff was sitting on her phone through out the time and didn’t get get up talk to us, so we had to leave, this is really bad and people should stay away from here, customer service is zero.

Never ordering from them again.waste of time and money. **(EDIT)** Marcos owner,you always saying "sorry" and trying to make it right but that location is still getting negative reviews...doesn't seem like anything is getting done about the issues.

It’s Super Bowl Sunday and they said they are not taking orders at 5:26 pm asked if I cld wait they hung up rudely then continue to pick up with no respond and hang up

I ordered a delivery and the delivery driver stated she called and couldn’t find my house. I’ve ordered from there for so long. Please advise your drivers to learn to read instructions because I had eye surgery and I can’t drive . The manager did not want to re deliver because it was dangerous. I’ll never order again!! Poor management and poor delivery service!!!

Absolutely terrible service I've tried ordering pizza twice from here first time it took 1.5hrs to get my pizza delivered 2 minutes from the restaurant and it was cold after the delivery driver stated she forgot it was in the backseat of her car then tonight I gave them a second chance i waited 2hrs before they would answer the phone to even ask where my pizza was the man said he didn't know what happened to my order he would remake the order and send it right out after another 2 hours I call and got the same run around so I asked for a refund and the man said ok you'll get it in 3-5 business days and told me stop calling his phone no food for my family and no apology for our time wasted waiting Marcos has lost my business ,my families business and my companies business we will look for catering services elsewhere for our events
Definitely the best Marcos. Try the pepperoni pizza with garlic and Parmesan at lunch time.

Driver was very nice! Called to find out about my delivery and the person answering the phone stated they were not taking orders at 7:46 pm. I explained to him I was checking on my delivery and he was very rude. She (driver) explained the long delay was another driver skipping over my delivery. Food was cold (gel line) throughout the pizza and the wings were the worst (slimy). Did not call the store back was over them from the first call! Definitely will never be ordering again!

I had the worst experience ever at south ave marcos ordered over phone 845pm in 20mins drove up there to pick up sending other half gave my name paid was told by cashier to wait by the door and someone bring out. I called to see what was going on it was 935pm and still waiting.Then said we paid for the wrong pizza? We gave the the wrong name. They are like no we didn't.Ii call back up there because they come back home no pizza. I call back I'm going back and forth about our pizza Manger gabby says I'm giving your money back.Im like I'm trying to feed my kids she told me never order again from there again bad service rude disrespectful and they to learn to repeat to make no errors don't put your poor job on the customer! End time was 9:50pm. No pizza!
