We were coming in for food but my wife needed to use the bathroom first. The manager was rude. She cursed at her and refused to give her the keys to the restroom until I bought food. As lifetime McDonald's customers we were not going to tolerate the rudeness so we left.
Can I give 0? The most disrespectful and confrontational people. Have never been yelled at for trying to use a bathroom in an establishment that I spent money, and when I get in there it’s all messed up.waited for a lengthy period of time for basic condiments and still was turned down due to not ordering the right food. You can count me out or ever coming back here.

After miles of construction we needed a snack and a restroom. This store's policy is that you have to buy something to use the restroom. I never use a restroom without buying something anyway so that was no issue, but the lack of urgency in the associate did not match the urgency in mine. Then, the men's room could not be opened for my husband standing with me without buying something else! Way to hold people hostage.
