I sorta recommend this place, I tried they're pan thai noodles and in my opinion the peanuts were to much but the service was a 10/10 and the place on the inside is really pretty.

Some of the worst noodles i’ve ever had. It was so watery and the taste was terrible, also hurt my stomach super bad too. They just threw shredded cheese that was unmelted on top, and cooked it with watered down, fake cheese. $7.50 for this is crazy…. Expected better!!

I expected something better. Food is mediocre. Kind of pricey for what you get. Red sauce was too spicy.

Food was okay (can make better pasta at home). Very friendly staff. Establishment was clean and service was fast. Would go again.

First time ever there was tonight and we'll never go back. We walked in with no one else in line and had to wait about 10 mins before we could even place an order. Something was going on with the register, which I can totally understand, but we should've turned around and walked out then. Instead, we placed our order to eat in. Two bowls of noodles and order of potstickers cost us a whopping $42. An absolute absurd amount! We sat down and waited for our order...and waited...and waited...30 mins we waited. I finally went up to the counter and said something. Of course, she apologized and said our order would be right out. About 5 mins later, our food finally arrives at the table. I take my first bite...finally...AND IT WAS COLD! All of our food was cold. We paid over $40 for two bowls of cold noodles and cold potstickers that came with no sauce.

I never leave a negative review for anything honestly, I don't feel it's worth the time.BUT in this situation, I felt obligated, considering I work in customer service myself. We stood in the lobby and listening to the employees in the back room laughing and talking. They noticed us and walked away.Ok I understand maybe they are actually busy.No not the case, they came back few minutes later and said we are short staffed and order online only.Say what!? You are literally standing in front of me, doing nothing, and why was the door unlocked?I stopped myself from saying "you have time to joke and laugh hiding in the back".Instead we walked out and ate somewhere else that welcomed us right when we walked in.Lazy employees, unwilling to work. This place will be closed in no time just like the previous business in this building.

The food here is delicious and I love all the variety! However, the employees are rude and unfriendly. They have signs that say “We have a pickup window!” and signs pointing to the pick up window, and yet when I drove up to the pickup window the employee acted like it was weird of me to be there. They were not friendly at all. Seemed like I was just an annoyance. Customer service can really make or break a place. It doesn’t take that much effort to be polite and friendly as an employee. Excellent food though!

Their food isn't bad, but nothing amazing either. Their tofu was a little bland and didn't mix well with the sauces. Service was pretty decent. They have lots of choices which works in their favor. However, they are a little pricey for the amount of food you get. The bowls are relatively small. Overall, kind of mediocre

Not sure why the bad reviews. We come here monthly and it’s been great every time! Try the penne pasta with Alfredo and chicken. So much flavor!!! And the French baguettes taste so good!

So disappointed with this Noodles and Company location. We love the Ann Arbor locations. Pot stickers have been undercooked every time we've ordered them. There have been multiple times where we've gotten take out and the buttered noodles have had no seasoning or cheese on them. I've tried giving this location multiple chances and have just been disappointed. I was so excited to have a Toledo location, but we will be going back to Ann Arbor from now on

It's a ok place for Noodles. Their costly but not bad. I had 3 cheese tortellini no protein, no extras, regular bowl and that's what's pictured, I had one tortellini out the bowl before the picture so yeah for $9 that's all you
