Quit hiring servers who are high. Had Lauren. We should have asked for a different server when she took forever to greet us. Not sure if she was training or the trainee but that experience made me never want to eat out again. So sick of spending so much money and service is awful.

Decent experience! No complaints. We got this DELICIOUS pink prickly pear cocktail, and holy crap, I wanted a pitcher of it hahaha. It was bright and colorful and refreshing. Food was great too. My girl friend got the fried lasagna which apparently she gets every time she comes here lol and I got the stuffed ziti fritta which was cheesy and delicious too

The food made me ill, the service was extremely slow and it is way too dark in there. I had to read the menu using the light from my phone. The quality has gone way down over the years. Had I not been there for a party, I probably wouldn't have gone. The free andes mints are the only good part.

Loved eating here since it opened. BUT MY CLASSIC DISH I GET IS THE GARLIC SHRIMP ALFREDO, WITH WHOLE REAL CLOVES OF GARLIC ( USUALLY 10 PER DISH ). WELL THIS WAS MADE WITH THAT CRAZY JARRED MINCED STUFF. I HAVE BEEN BELCHING IT SINCE YESTERDAY. REAL GARLIC DOESN'T DO THIS TO ME. THUS .AKING MY DISH DRY FROM THE SAUCE SOAKING UP THE FAKE GARLIC AND IT'S JUICES. I TOLD OUR WAITEESS THAT I WANTED REAL CLOVES, PLEASE. DIDN'T HAPPEN.PParking: Parking lot not well planned.Wheelchair accessibility: Those doors are too heavy for 2 older persons to open it and help my friend with her rollator to get through them. You need automatic doors for us old folks.

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. We had to wait 30 minutes which isn’t a problem but the bar had no attendant to order a cocktail while we waited. The bar did have plenty of soiled plates and glasses. An elderly couple had entered before our party, yet we were called to be seated first. The manager had to be encouraged to give our table to them. Finally, the two types of wine I wanted were unavailable. I have never been so disappointed in the Olive Garden operation as I was tonight. I doubt I will ever go back.

When did olive garden start forcing there customers to pay a 20 percent tip? Be aware if you go there you are required to pay 20 percent of your bill according to the waitress Kimberlyn L she said it's automatic done that way now this is at the Reynolds Road Toledo OH Olive Garden!!!! I was Forced to pay 20 percent with my bill and she was rude and a snob she deserved Nothing for a tip her total demeanor from the start was nasty and I have never had bad serve before from that olive garden I felt really uncomfortable the way the waitress acted to me and my family I Won't Go Back!!!! Not with that kind of service and to be forced to pay a 20 percent tip to someone that treated me and my family Bad her attitude ruined our lunch anyways!!!! Wish I would of gone somewhere else it was trouble!!!
