Make sure to check your food. This location always forgets items or will give you an entirely wrong order. Today I ordered a Greek salad and I was given a wilted soggy mess…oh and they gave me a strawberry poppy seed dressing instead of the requested Caesar dressing.

my boyfriend went to panera to pick up food for me on my lunch break. They told him they couldn’t make the turkey avocado blt bc it was off their menu. Understandable my boyfriend got me what they told him was the same thing, a chicken avocado blt. I didn’t get bacon on my sandwich and they put on one avocado slice. On top of that they didn’t have mayo? so my boyfriend asked for their garlic aoli on the side, they didn’t put that in my bag either! same with the pickle that comes with all the sandwiches. Disappointed:(

Back in January I came through the drive-through probably around 8pm. I ordered the green goddess caprese melt. I usually check my meal before driving off but my 1 yr old daughter was crying in the back seat so I drove straight home. Once I was home I realized they gave me a different sandwhich. Disappointing. When they wanted me to come back up to the store but the roads were getting icy now and with a 1 year old I can’t just “get up and go”. So they offered to mail me a rebate where I gave them my name and address. It is now the end of February and I still have not received a refund or gift card. I’m disappointed and have not been back since. Panera was one of our favorite spots. Such a shame. Could have been an easy fix.

I got a bread bowl of soup, and it either didn't have enough soup in it or the bread soaked it all up. There was a woman that was excellent. I don't know if she was a Manager or something, but she was a hard worker and very friendly. She was the best part of my experience at Panera, but I probably won't go back to that one.

Ordered at the drive-up window. They were out of ingredients for the first two things I tried to order. Ordered soup but found when we got to the park where we wanted to eat that there wasn't a spoon in the bag. We did get three sides (2 bread, one chips) on one pick two order, but it was wasted food because we didn't want any of them.

I don't know what's happening, but the Panera's is going to the dogs! The cashier who took our ordered yawned, stretched, and then looked at us with thinly veiled contempt when we wanted to placed our order. I REFUSE to use those ridiculous keypads. She even commented how tired she was. Good grief. Food was VERY slow coming out, then I had to go back and ask for a knife, then butter. What is the deal with the lemonade behind the counter?! Trying to find a place to sit was difficult because they had all the bags, boxes, etc strewn all over some tables. Way too many people taking up way too much space with their laptops, tablets phones, books, papers etc hogging up two tables. Soup was cold!! I was shocked at the poor service and general feel of this Panera. Soooo disappointed they are falling apart. I expect it to close soon.
I prefer in person contact better, this new world is Stealing people Jobs! Order on a kiosk UGH!

I ordered the pepperoni chicken melt on a baguette. Basically, it was a high priced $12.49 for the baguette because the amount of filling was ridiculous. On a 10" baguette, there was about 10 slices of pepperoni, about a 1/2 cup of very shredded chicken, a sprinkling of cheese, not even slices and spread with some kind of marinara, couldn't tell because there was so little of it. What a rip off. And they were out of soup.

Breakfast was great with the exception of seeing the option for leaving a tip while using the self-service station, when I can just wait at the counter in the waiting area for my name to be called and carry my own food tray to the table.

The bagels were overcooked and actually burnt in spots on the everything bagel. The soup for a group was too liquidity. The staff was friendly and apologetic but was still serving overcooked bagels.
