Placed online order, got there and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Got two subs and one was completely wrong, not even the correct type of sub. Ended up giving my sandwich away because I can't eat onions and specifically asked for no onion or mushroom which is on the receipt and food came with both. Ended up going to Wendy's with the last 10 minutes I had of my lunch break. Things happen and stuff gets messed up and I get that, but it would have been literately as simple as reading what was on the receipt.

I always place my order online and pay cash at the store only this place and Vito's will let you order online and pay cash. They have a veggie sub that I am obsessed with. Last time I was there I noticed AFTER I had been cashed out that there was a sign on the cookie tray that sId they were out and I had ordered a cpl through the app for my kids. So I asked about it and the kid was so polite and said he had already pulled mine aside ?. The kids there always look pissed off and disgruntled and they never greet you when you either walk in or to the counter, but I can dig it cus my food is always super duper and I know they just made it. It also gives that real, authentic east coast vibe ??Vegetarian options: I always get the grilled veggie heavy mushroom with Swiss and brown mustard. Sometimes I'll add artichokes but they're the brined hearts so I don't always vibe with it as an actual artichoke is my most favorite food. They also of an artichoke sub. Veggie options are super limited for the grill but I've never been let down in flavor

I've always loved penn station so this trip was a absolute bummer!! Everything was skimpy and lacking. Even gave us our fry on the plate with the subs and they were more like a bun with a pinch of toppings.

I had the Regular Cheesesteak with Sauteed Mushrooms, Onions and Banana Peppers with Spicy Brown Mustard with an order of their Fresh Cut French Fries. The food was very good and the service was ok, just not a lot of conversations and just kinda sad. For my first time being there. As for the atmosphere there was no background noise.

Ordered online, place was busy which was no big deal. Got home with our food and one sandwich was just bread, no toppings. Tried to call but line was busy.

The food was good, as was the service. However, it was expensive...$28.00 for two subs (large and regular) and medium fries (partially filled). Costs are up all over, but this was excessive for what we received.

The sandwiches are awful, they are only partially filled and the fries were very under cooked even a couple raw ones. We thought the first time we ordered was maybe just a fluke but then it happened the second time. For the cost of the sandwich and fries you would think they would be better quality. We will not be ordering again.

The food is always great. The cashier had to get our frie, I asked for the order to be bagged separate. He reached in the bag with no gloves and removed one of the order of fries and then a handful and put them in a separate bag. I asked hey you don't wear gloves he said sometimes I asked what did that mean and he said sometimes we do and sometimes we don't I asked to speak to a manager and he said I'm the manager. Had to throw all the fries away he wouldn't fix the situation. The order was 73 dollars

Family and I needed a quick bite while a phone was being worked on at the mall. Food was fresh and hot and the staff were very friendly and fast. The food was delicious and probably the best experience I’ve had at a penn station.
