My company has ordered catering from Piada on multiple occasions for our office and each time has not disappointed. The staff loves the delicious food and gets incredibly excited when they see we are catering them again. Our company would love to give a special shout-out to Tristan, the local sales rep for Toledo, as each time we’ve ordered, he has ensured we have everything we need to be able to provide for such a large volume of staff. Overall a 10/10 on food and customer service. We will absolutely continue to order from Piada.

Ordered off door dash my favorite is the chicken carbonara spicy… when ordering online food comes with way to much hot sauce on it, decided last night to order without it. Food order was completely backwards. For two dishes we were given one set of silverware and to make matters worse the order made me sick. Oh my gosh the flavors were so on point. I had got the BLT wrap. GEESH I also got the carbonara pasta. You really can't go wrong eating here.When they were stepping us through the process of what we wanted on each item I was put at such ease because the employees where so very friendly .

So I came in for lunch one day and this was my first time coming here. The lady seemed irritated I was there, she was making another order and said nothing as I walked up. I had none in front of me and she finally said “what you want?” And I told her, she kept talking so low I couldnt hear anything so I said “what?” twice and she was visibly irritated so I didn’t ask her for a breadstick. I got the girl checking out who was friendlier so I asked her for a stick and she packaged it up. She put my pasta in a big bag and handed it to me. I got home and she had forgotten the stick, which isn’t a huge deal but I opened my pasta and something smelled BAD. I figured it was the burnt to a crisp broccoli and I picked all the broccoli out, it made the whole pasta taste gross. I didn’t finish it and grabbed my receipt, I tried to call 4 times and each time it had a menu and just hung up after waiting on hold for someone to talk to. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I
