Upon entering the restaurant with my fiancé, we were dismayed to find every table occupied by dirty dishes. Although an employee eventually cleaned a table, it was done hastily with bare hands rather than a clean rag.As we settled down, we waited a full 10 minutes just to receive our drinks, and to our disappointment, no new pizzas were brought out to the buffet during that time. Initially, only two pizzas were available when we arrived, and it took a whopping 30 minutes for a fresh one to be served. My fiancé, who was on a lunch break, couldn't even enjoy a freshly made slice before having to return to work.To add insult to injury, while we were still waiting, I overheard an employee offering a discount to another couple who arrived after us, citing the slow service.We ended up paying full price for stale pizzas and had to manage our own drink refills. Furthermore, it was evident that one of the employees had their children present, with one sleeping in the back booth and the other loudly engrossed in TikTok videos with the volume at maximum.Needless to say, we have no intention of ever returning to this Pizza Hut location.

Ordered pizza online for 1 o’clock pick up went to pick it up when it told me order was ready. They told me they didn’t have it sent me to a totally different store. Went to that store to be told that they didn’t have it checked on my app back to the store, it was originally ordered at and their headset for a half an hour Talk to the manager asked what the problem was if they could discount it or free and she said no I will not use this Pizza Hut again

Ordered delivery. Food did not come in time is said. Tried calling store nine times to be redirected to a call center in another country, sounded like Mexico. Only to be told my order would be there in 15 min. Or was just completely hung up on! 3 hours later my order shows up at my door! I sent it back. Horrible customer service. Can’t even talk to anyone in the store.

Went there on 3/8/24 to celebrate the Mac Basketball Champions...Toledo Rockets Men's basketball team. Manager refused to seat us. Said the dining area closed at 6pm.We offered to serve and help clean up so that everyone in our party of 20+ could eat. Manager still refused. If you want to eat in the restaurant, you should beat the 5pm rush hour, as this establishment doesn't serve after 6pm. The sign said open, the staff said NO!VERY DISAPPOINTED!OUR CHAMPIONS WERE STILL CELEBRATED AT BJ'S BREWHOUSE!!!Where the Manager and staff rolled out the red carpet.Shame on you Pizza Hut, SHAME!!!

Went to pick up my order. The cashier was ghetto. She walked up and two of us were standing in line she asked are y'all here for pick up? I hope not. Then started laughing. My order got done and I watched them put it in the warmer but didn't know it was mine. I was on my lunch and was already irritated because they said 15 minutes but it wasn't ready. The whole experience let's me know I won't go back. They were busy, I get it. The young lady was nice, but just very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. This is the only place I've ever ordered pizza that sent me entirely the wrong order. When I called to find out what happened, the woman on the phone was rude, and didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. They remade my order and said they'd send it out to me. It took another TWO HOURS to recieve my food.I will NEVER order from this location again.

Stay away from this location. I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut but this location has gone down hill. Ordered a big dinner box and got a big dinner box of bread. Hardly any cheese, sauce toppings. Very poorly made!
