Last day of service and wow so BAD. Server was not skilled at all, actually stated "he didn't care what the f$#% I thought" we didn't get half of our food and they thought we were still going to pay the full amount. I still tipped him, wish I wouldn't have. We always loved Pollyeyes but with that being said, I guess we will be happy to make the drive to BG if we want breadsticks.

They have all types of crusts, good tasting pizza. Love the bread sticks. Call and ask about specials they have them but if you don’t ask they won’t tell you about them. I would have gotten their special if I knew.

Well I went in to order told the girl at the front counter that we would like to sit down and eat and says ok, soni go on order our food and we sit down wait for our food to come out, we then got our food and 5 minutes later the girl ( she says shes the manger) told us that we couldn't sit and eat and I asked why and she proceeds to tell me that when you make a take out order that you can't sit and eat and I told her ma'ma I didn't do a take out order and she says well that's what the boxes mean that you have and I proceeded to again tell her I didn't do a take out order and she says well next time you come in you can't sit and eat if I do a take out order she was very rude while she was talking to me!!! Another thing I think it's crazy that they charge $6 for 3 pieces of garlic toast as I posted a picture of what it looks like.. Im very dissatisfied with how I got treated, very unprofessional!!!

Good food but the stuffed breadsticks are so much smaller than they used to be. $20+ for 6 breadsticks is too much when they are half the size they used to be when they first open. Poor way to cut costs.

I came here to get a DoorDash around 8:50 pm on a Tuesday not sure what the girl name is but she had blonde hair & bangs she let another dasher take the order that was supposed to be for me because she didn’t do her job by making them CONFIRM it & now she has a bad attitude because DoorDash called her to remake it be mad at your damn self now that’s why you can get off on time !!??

The service is horrible! We had a party of 40+ on a Saturday mid afternoon scheduled to arrive at 2:30. We sent our order in on the Thursday before. They had 2 workers and didn't start cooking our orders until we got there. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a salad that I wouldn't even feed to my rabbit. The lettuce was brown and the salad was nothing more than what you would get a gas station or a truck stop. The "General Manager" was rude and disrespectful to her employees as she was arguing with one employee. She was also extremely rude to her customers as well. At this place, this the customer is not always right!
Our first experience with Polleyes on 9/25/23 we placed a pick-up order for stuffed sticks and within hours we were at the ER with food poisoning. A horrible experience for sub-par food - we will never return.

I wasn't seated because they were closing in 15 minutes. I ordered a sub, the meat was dry, and tasteless. I ordered it with Italian dressing which might've saved it. But, they didn't apply any.
