Been here several times and I would say the last fee times have been amazing. Service with a smile, quick to get food, drinks, and provide the things you need. I love love there mushroom Swiss burger omg .. that's the best with there unlimited staek fries and broccoli..

Location: Dayton OH. Horrible horrible service. Food sat at the window for more than 15 minutes before it was served. Long enough for the chocolate milk to go warm. All the waitress could do was say was I’m sorry. I’m sorry. We left it on the table. Alyssa should be writing the training manual she was amazing, food was great, I have been to Red Robin at least 500 times we really love the place. Best service hands down and had a great smile the whole time. Even though she had many tables and she kept up. She deserves a raise.

Absolutely the worst Red Robin I have ever dined in.I got a bacon cheeseburger when I was served it the bacon was raw..not just under cooked...raw.I asked to speak to the manager..I was told there were three managers on duty..but they were too busy to speak to me .The server did take it off the bill on his own accord
