I ordered the stuffed French toast to go, get home and there’s no fruit toppings which is supposed to be included, I call up there and let them know all they had to say was you can come back up here and get the fruit, smh I had to get a ride! Never again! Make sure you check your orders before leaving this place!

The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. However, I don’t think it competes with other breakfast places around. There weren’t a ton of options, or at least ones that I would reach for, it felt too commercialized, and was a bit pricy for what you get. Regardless, our food was good but it wouldn’t be my first choice out of other nearby breakfast places.

The food was decent but the service was horrible. No greeting just stares when you walk in. The waitress didn’t bring our drinks until after we were done eating. Then she never checked on us to see if we need anything the 1.5 hours we were there. I personally thinks it’s rude to wave people down but we waited so long it was the only option. Do not reccommend. Management was informed and apologized for inconvenience.

Upon entering, you'll find the ambiance to be a typical diner. It feels clean but wish they had booths for comfort and privacy. Still, the food keeps me coming back. I always order the same thing- Spinach and Portobello Mushroom Omelette (comes with Swiss Cheese and tomatoes) and I selected the sides of cubed potato chunks and fresh fruit salad. My mom had three eggs over easy with toast. My omelette was huge and delicious. I was happy to take home leftovers. The potatoes weren't greasy and the leftovers heated up nicely. The food is always great here. I must also comment about the service... Like many restaurants these days, Scramblers is short staffed. Nevertheless, the one waiter did a great job- very nice, professional and somehow managed to serve all of the tables! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

I ordered the Ultimate omelette. Side of tomatoes. The omelette was huge , Fresh ingredients for sure. Great flavors. One of the best I have had. Service was quick. Service was great. Only issue I see, Pepsi no Coke .

First time. I requested the same breakfast sandwiches with no ham. The young lady rung up whatever she wanted. I paid for my food the place was packed went and sat in my car was told 10 minutes. After the 10 min the same lady's that up were up front when I placed and paid for my order then they started to refuse to give me my order and started asking if I paid for the order. Then they eventually acknowledged that I had already paid several minutes before. To basically give me the wrong order.

This is the second time I've been to Scramblers the first time bad service ordering out the girl got upset because we had gave her $100 bill. When I went to Scrambler's yesterday we ate in the waitress complained the whole day talking about how bad the whole day had been and kept saying I can't wait till today is over oh what a day is all she did gave me heartburn then when she brings my food out she literally threw my food which was the pancakes were they slid in the butter fell off of the pancakes and the pancake shifted but went back on the plate. In my mind I'm thinking she's going to come and clean up the butter that she knocked on the table no she did not she brought me some napkins and was like wiped that up these are the most ignorant dragging-footed people. When I met the black girl with the $100 issue I just figured she was one ignorant person that they had working there but now I see the attitude is through the whole store because you get two people with bad attitudes so they are a bunch of miserable people working making the customers miserable by listening to their complaining and murmuring I still left her a tip. My pancakes were kind of burnt on the other side I didn't even eat most of them I took it out to take home and feed to the dog and my appetite had been cured by the time I listen to all her complaining and the way she treated me yesterday didn't even clean up and even when she came and picked our plates up she dropped the napkins all over on the table next to me that had two women sitting at it and didn't even come back and pick that up I picked it up this was very sad and this generation has no customer service.
