I don't usually do reviews but this was not a good experience. I feel like they were lazy and careless. One of the fries was the wrong size, we didn't get our dipping sauce, we didn't get our straws, and she had to go back in for one of our drinks. We ordered 3 chicken tenders kids meals and they were all thrown in two boxes without being informed. We also ordered two chocolate milks but got one chocolate and one white. I understand mistakes but I feel like these were careless mistakes.

The service was extremely slow. I sat for almost 15 minutes before having my order taken. Then it was almost another 20 minutes before receiving my meal and shake.

It is one of the worst Steak & Shake locations I have ever been to. The building and grounds are unkempt, dilapidated, and often dirty. When I approached the drive-thru speaker, the order taker introduced themselves as "Homer Simpson." I'm not sure if this was an attempt to be humorous, done out of shame, or if it was an attempt to avoid responsibility. I really wish this location was better as so many of the restaurants near by have undergone recent renovations. I'm sure the staffing issue is the same as other similar establishments are experiencing, but this location seems to have a bit more trouble retaining management. Corporate Office: please take action and help, or close up shop.

I haven't ate there in about a year or so since they installed their kiosk inside I'm 66 years old and am not good with the computer therefore I don't eat in anymore there it's a shame though I did like it. Our last few visits were in the Drive-Thru and that was pretty good just get milkshakes though

Ordered online. Food was brought out 20 minutes before they brought out our shakes. Burgers were overcooked and obviously cold after waiting 20 minutes. My wife's banana shake had almost a complete banana that was unblended, she also did not get her fries or chili. Called the corporate office and they have not given us any resolution. Get your act together Steak and Shake!!!

The manager and owner of this franchise are doing a horrible job. They treat their customers disrespectfully, are unkind, and dishonest. I will never go to this franchise again and hope others stay away. After eating their food both my son and I were feeling unwell. Disturbing!
