“I had one of the absolute worst days of my life—mentally and emotionally, I was at my limit and had been crying non-stop. I placed a mobile order and waited in the designated pick-up spot, but my order was accidentally left sitting on the counter.

When I came inside to ask about it, I explained what had happened, and the entire staff at the 2234 W Alexis Rd, Toledo location couldn’t have been kinder. They immediately remade my entire order without hesitation and even offered me free items for the inconvenience. But what really mattered to me wasn’t the food—it was how genuinely compassionate and understanding they were.

In a moment where I felt like giving up, they went out of their way to make my night better. Their kindness reminded me that there are still good people in the world. I walked out with more than a meal—I walked out feeling seen.

Thank you to the entire team. You made a real difference in someone’s life tonight, and I’ll never forget it.“

“I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. I feel like this location is raising the bar! With the rising food prices one of the things I always fear is paying a premium for food and feeling ripped off after getting it. This location has never let me down!“

“To preface, my boyfriend and I order here ALL the time & we are both vegetarian & pretty picky. This place never messes up!! I never fear that they will get our substitutions wrong & accidentally feed a stout vegetarian beef (this has happened to me elsewhere & i cried). This location absolutely slays and they deserve all the props. Friendly, efficient, correct, and timely the staff never disappoints. Particularly the late night staff- bless yall & we appreciate you 🤝“

“The food was good. Usual Taco Bell experience. The service however was absolutely atrocious. The person at the window didn't even speak to me but was laughing with her coworkers and it felt like she almost threw the bag at me and gave me the wrong drinks twice!“

“I opted for Chalupas with steak inside.
Was not asked if I wanted sauce of any kind, ate my chalupas dry so I didn't have to drive back by. Otherwise the trip was nice, Notwithstanding lack of spice. No I didn't write this for the rhymes. They just arrived straight from my mind.“

“Allie is holding the fort DOWN!!!! Who ever owns this TB there is no AC in the back for your staff, and it’s making everyone (but Allie) cranky. Take care of your employees, do better. “A rude employee made me wait 20+ minutes for my fiesta potatoes because I asked her about some cheese .. and obviously didn’t let her superior know about it at all I had to go back around the line to get my potatoes but to my surprise the manager on shift very politely told me to pull forward and scolded the Caucasian older lady with red lipstick on ..and gave me two fiesta potatoes and apologized for her mistake !! I will only be coming back if she is there .. don’t want nobody else handling my food.“

“They got our order for my picky child wrong. She asked for a taco with just meat. While it was incorrect I can say the staff was very friendly, worked quickly to make our food, and the food was all very hot & fresh. We will definitely go back, but we will just always make sure to double check our order before leaving“

“In as much as I can determine, Taco Bell has striven to Uphold the quality of their restaurants, a quality which can vary, this, resulting from staff, their ability to place caring for the patrons, way OVER self expression! “This Dorr St Taco Bell is probably one of thee cleanest I've ever been to both inside and out. I was in the drive thru around 230am the other night and saw about a handful of car near the entrance dining room door. So I called to see if I could eat inside and the girl said yes until 3am it was open till she was very polite and they answered the phone quickly as well. Went inside ordered, very nice employee took my order, got the order correct and the food so amazingly great and fresh tasting. I got a 2 pk of the cinnamon bons and a cheesy gordita crunch side of avocado ranch. Food was so delicious I went back and ordered a 12 pack of the cinnamon bons to go.I will defeat be back here to this location when craving Taco Bell again.“

“Taco Bell was really good, we had soft tacos, hard tacos, burrito and I had crunchwrap supreme. Even though many people say that Taco Bell is not really Mexican, I like that kind of Mexican! I have always loved Taco Bell in fact the whole family loves Taco Bell.“

“Even Though This Location Isn't The Best In The City Of Toledo, It's Definitely Not The Worst. One Downside To The Taco Bell Location Is There Consistency In Making Food. Typically The Burritos Are Clumpy And Not How Its Suppose To Look Especially From Advertising. They Also Tend To Forget Meals For Example The Last Time I Was There, They Forgot About A Hard Shell Taco. However This Location Is One Of The Buissiest Locations In The Area So It Kinda Makes Sence, Not Every Place Is Perfect.“
