“I had one of the absolute worst days of my life—mentally and emotionally, I was at my limit and had been crying non-stop. I placed a mobile order and waited in the designated pick-up spot, but my order was accidentally left sitting on the counter.
When I came inside to ask about it, I explained what had happened, and the entire staff at the 2234 W Alexis Rd, Toledo location couldn’t have been kinder. They immediately remade my entire order without hesitation and even offered me free items for the inconvenience. But what really mattered to me wasn’t the food—it was how genuinely compassionate and understanding they were.
In a moment where I felt like giving up, they went out of their way to make my night better. Their kindness reminded me that there are still good people in the world. I walked out with more than a meal—I walked out feeling seen.
Thank you to the entire team. You made a real difference in someone’s life tonight, and I’ll never forget it.“
“Was doing a UberEATS order when I came out from picking up my order, car wouldn't start, the taco bell staff was awesome and came out and one of them let me hook up jumper cables to there car and was able to get mine running again! Thank you too all 3 of them for there help!“
“They can work on their customer service. The lady at the window was not inviting at all. I ordered a side of sour cream and they forgot it of course. Had to ask for napkins and sauce didn’t offer an option. Service was quick. Late night run!“

“A rude employee made me wait 20+ minutes for my fiesta potatoes because I asked her about some cheese .. and obviously didn’t let her superior know about it at all I had to go back around the line to get my potatoes but to my surprise the manager on shift very politely told me to pull forward and scolded the Caucasian older lady with red lipstick on ..and gave me two fiesta potatoes and apologized for her mistake !! I will only be coming back if she is there .. don’t want nobody else handling my food.“
“Placed an order on the kiosk and the staff forgot my steak and cheese burrito. As soon as I walked in and inquired my mans ninja flipped backwards to the back lot where they keep the cows and asked me what part of the cow I wanted for my steak. He threw the shredded steak from across the kitchen into the oven and wall jumped over and slammed it shut. Never had a burrito so fast in life. Props to you my man, that burrito hit the spot.“
“Usually not a great experience at this location, HOWEVER, I have noticed many improvements recently and I want to acknowledge them with a positive review.
Today, everything was wonderful. The food tasted better than usual. The chips I received were much more fully formed, and not nearly as smashed into bits as usual. Even the Baja Blast seemed better. Also, when I specifically asked for Fire sauce, I actually got it!
I was very pleased, and I truly hope the improvements I’ve noticed will still be there the next time I’m back.“
“The food was good. Usual Taco Bell experience. The service however was absolutely atrocious. The person at the window didn't even speak to me but was laughing with her coworkers and it felt like she almost threw the bag at me and gave me the wrong drinks twice!“
