Taco Bell in Toledo

“I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. I feel like this location is raising the bar! With the rising food prices one of the things I always fear is paying a premium for food and feeling ripped off after getting it. This location has never let me down!“

“Normally, I can't stand Taco Bell because of the lack of consistency in food and quality. Last night, the family wanted it though, so I ordered some. Everything we had was hot, fresh and made to perfection. Finally, a great Taco Bell experience. If I knew that they stayed like this, I would go there more.“

“A rude employee made me wait 20+ minutes for my fiesta potatoes because I asked her about some cheese .. and obviously didn’t let her superior know about it at all I had to go back around the line to get my potatoes but to my surprise the manager on shift very politely told me to pull forward and scolded the Caucasian older lady with red lipstick on ..and gave me two fiesta potatoes and apologized for her mistake !! I will only be coming back if she is there .. don’t want nobody else handling my food.“

“They can work on their customer service. The lady at the window was not inviting at all. I ordered a side of sour cream and they forgot it of course. Had to ask for napkins and sauce didn’t offer an option. Service was quick. Late night run!“

“The food was good though it took a bit longer then I am used to from a taco bell. They have completely gone to the kiosk and had to ask the people in the dining area if they were waiting on an order. It hurts the workers there not knowing who has ordered. I understand wanting or needing to go to kiosks because of a lack of workers..“

“This Taco Bell is hands down the best in the city of Toledo! The workers are always in a great mood, I’m greeted at the window with every order, and my food is made quickly and efficiently. Most importantly (I hope I don’t jinx myself) they NEVER forget anything!

I don’t know what management is doing at this location, but whatever it is, it absolutely sets them apart from the other Taco Bells in the city. This is the only Taco Bell we like going to anymore. Great job to their entire team!!“

“Taco Bell was really good, we had soft tacos, hard tacos, burrito and I had crunchwrap supreme. Even though many people say that Taco Bell is not really Mexican, I like that kind of Mexican! I have always loved Taco Bell in fact the whole family loves Taco Bell.“

“Usually not a great experience at this location, HOWEVER, I have noticed many improvements recently and I want to acknowledge them with a positive review.

Today, everything was wonderful. The food tasted better than usual. The chips I received were much more fully formed, and not nearly as smashed into bits as usual. Even the Baja Blast seemed better. Also, when I specifically asked for Fire sauce, I actually got it!

I was very pleased, and I truly hope the improvements I’ve noticed will still be there the next time I’m back.“

“I apologize as I forgot the manager name but THANK YOU SO MUCH. Doordash screwed up my sons $30 order while I was at work and the amazing manager on staff on 11/21 was very understanding and helping correct the situation all with a smile. This is how customer service is suppose to be.“
