third time I've been here and waited over 20 MINUTES in the drive-through line. all three times it was never even close to lunch or dinner today it is 7:30 PM and it took 14 minutes to get to the order screen

This place is horrible after 9pm. If you doordash or uber to this location, turn it down, you'll end up wasting your time. EVERYTIME, they take their sweet time with doordash orders. Waited 20 min the other day, and a min of 10 every other time. The staff who takes and gives the order is not friendly in the least also.

Order 2 steak burritos. I was given beef. When I took up to the counter the manager said the only way she can remake them is if I pay for them again. So basically I would of paid for 4 burritos and only ate 2. Never seen or heard of any fast food restaurant that charges the customer to make the order

Doom or be Doomed
Went today at 1:30. Waited 30 minutes for our food. An item was made incorrectly, so I went up to the counter where I was ignored by the SKINNY LITTLE PUNK MANAGER for 15 minutes before I finally chucked it in the trash and demanded a refund. Well since I used their ridiculous app, they tell me I have to call customer care. Watched 8 people who were in line just walk out!! I sincerely hope this Taco Bell GOES OUT OF BUSINESS, because they are TRASH.
Love Taco Bell!However the inconsistencies with portion sizes and ingredients knocks this restaurant down a star.

Taco Bell was really good, we had soft tacos, hard tacos, burrito and I had crunchwrap supreme. Even though many people say that Taco Bell is not really Mexican, I like that kind of Mexican! I have always loved Taco Bell in fact the whole family loves Taco Bell.

Terrible customer service along with terrible food. Paid close to $12 for 2 crunchy tacos with extra steak and they did not put extra steak and handed me tacos that were completely broken and crushed. I asked for fire sauce and the guy was extremely rude. The tacos also had a very weird taste and I couldn’t even eat them. Also Food was cold and they had no ice for drinks?! Food and customer service were disgusting. Drive to any other Taco Bell besides this one.
