This location needs to hire employees who can read. My receipt was right but my order wasn't. So they charge you but it's not what you paid for or something will be missing. The only time it is right is if you don't order more than 2 items, any more and they cannot get it

I am really upset.... A friend and I just left work at 3:05 pulled into parking lot by 3:12. We were in line for 20 mins. We get to the speaker to order after sitting in line for 20 mins and they tell us they are not taking any orders except online and door dash. Angrily we drove off, however a good friend of ours was directly behind us and they pulled around and did theirs online "I should also mention my phone had died". They call me to tell me that the employees in the window informed them that they only told us that to shorten the line. I bartend and as often as I want to leave work before it's time to close I would never do that. All around bad business. I will never return sadly,Hungry and angry,AnnieP.s.. says they are open until 4am

Food was satisfactory and service was okay. What I found concerning was the multiple employees using e-cigarettes (vaping), while working indoors with food. This is illegal in the state of Ohio.

I went here after leaving the other location a few miles up the road that said they was closed at 1:57am over the speaker but sign and Google says 3am... I ordered in the drive thru she had my food ready already I knew something wasn't right... I'm sure they made up a bunch of food ahead of time at have it just sitting there.. my crunchy gorditas was soggy and the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper and so was my soft taco. The food was ice cold like it hadn't been near any heat for a very long time. It's hard to find good help now days folks want the check put don't want to put the work in. I'm done with taco bell I'd rather starve than pay for this slop!

I wish I read the reviews. I placed an order on the app and was told by the door dasher that the store can't make my food and to tell me they closed. Now there's no way to cancel the order or get my money back. If you use the app, order from another store. What a waste.

After spending 35 minutes at the laskey location for them to lie to us and say they cant take orders we came here and got through the line quickly. Food was good and service was great. Would recommend this location over laskey every day of the week.

girl in the drive thru was nice, but the food was terrible. ordered the new bacon steak grilled cheese burrito and added rice. the burrito was nothing but nacho cheese and a couple pieces of steak no potatoes or rice was in the burrito. fries were old.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered off of the app for delivery and it said it was delivered and it never was when I called the store I was told there was nothing they could do, so now I’m out $70 and to add to it I’ve ordered from them before and they can’t get simple orders correct and can’t make the orders correct.

This is our neighborhood Taco Bell, but tonight they were ABOVE AND BEYOND! The young lady working window was cheery and peppy, a rarity in food service, and went above and beyond to correct a mistake on our order. Thank you guys! We appreciate you!
